“This place is one of the best kept secrets in Lakeside. I've lived here for over 15 years and never even knew about this place so when I ate here for the first time, I was floored. The food is amazing and feels so fresh. The service is really nice, plus our waiters and waitresses had really good recommendations. The atmosphere is so nice, feels very comfy yet fancy. Highly recommend eating here.“

“Took my first restorative yoga class here last night with my husband. Really enjoyed the teacher, the yoga studio was spacious and newly renovated, and great quality props provided. Really cool that you can grab a bite and glass of wine after class too, which I plan to do the next time I come for class.“

“I had a very pleasant experience at Rosina's last night! We had a group of 6 for my nephews birthday. Our waiter, Colin, was sweet and attentive. Parking is street and they do have a side lot. It was busy even on a Wednesday so we walked a little but not far at all. The bread is delicious with the dipping sauce. We started with the arancini which I recommend! They are slightly smaller than I'm used to, so get 2 orders if you have a bigger party. I had the fusilli aka vodka with chicken and gluten free pasta. The G Free pasta is better than what I usually make at home, which was a major plus! I really couldn't tell the difference. Everyone enjoyed their meals! A great experience! Oh, and Wednesday is half priced bottles of wine!“

“Carvers is one of our favorite restaurants It is a hidden secret near Von's in Rancho Bernardo. My husband lives the pork Chops & I love the filets or the Prime Rib. In the bar, they have weekend musics & they make a great burger“

“We had my birthday celebration at The Godfather and their private room is ideal for large parties. The food was delicious and the service superb! A huge thank you to Salvatore Ercolano, the new Godfather! He was the perfect host for our event and made sure that everything was perfect!“

“The "Mardi Gras" pasta at Bud Louisiana cafes is a true delight! The combination of shrimp and crawfish sautéed in a sherry tomato cream sauce with capers and mushrooms creates a burst of flavors that will leave you craving for more. The pasta is perfectly cooked and topped with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese, adding a delightful touch to every bite. The dish is so delicious that it transported me into a ratatouille dream-like state, and before I knew it, my plate was empty! If you're looking for a mouthwatering and satisfying meal, I highly recommend trying the "Mardi Gras" pasta at Bud Louisiana cafes. As I am not a true food critic, there was no thought of taking a picture of the dish. But I will include the carnage“
“A toast to the New Year! What could be better than wine? A winery review, perhaps. Rancho Guejito opened its doors to the public five years ago.The property is made up of estate grapes and a grass-fed cattle ranch . The 32,000 acre rancho is part of a land grant from Mexico to the United States. The winery and vineyard offer tastings, which can be waived with a wine club membership. The cattle ranch provides for a portion of the food served on- site and they offer a meat program to take home. This has become my new favorite local spot to enjoy on the weekend. What is there not to like? Unique Varietals Wine Club (many benefits) Food On-Site Meat Program (beef variety) Live Music Hayrides (with wine pours) Open Seating Holiday Markets (change with each season) and Pet Friendly! I love their wines, my favorite is the red, Terret Noir. I love their meat, we make baja dogs and pot roasts. And, I love their atmosphere on-site, picnic tables spread out, music in the air and the hayride is sure to be a highlight for all Note: The markets here have an array of quality vendors. The Christmas market example included everything from honey, paint your own ornaments to photos with Santa! “A constant place of gathering for my coworkers and I who worked in the San Elijo Area. This time we met on a weekend for brunch. I ordered a Pannikin coffee and Cinnamon Toast French Toast. Really thick slices of French Toast, I’m kinda weird and prefer thin slices but this was still good. Others got an omelette or a wrap. Everyone like their food, service was nice, bit pricey but in line with the local restaurants.“

“Due to a move and other factors, I hadn't been to The Cork and Craft for several years. I took some friends on Saturday 4/13 and had another excellent experience. The ambience is stellar, the food was delicious (Nashville hot chicken sandwich, salmon poke, seared salmon) and the service was top notch. The star of the evening was Gavin H. He is young, engaging and witty. And he didn't miss a beat (homemade potato chips aside!)“

“Mysecond visit!! Walked right in and was seated right away. The placed smelled so good couldn't wait to sink my teeth into a yummy turkey sub with hot fries. Sangria OH so delicious! Did I mention the service.. Excellent!!Monique makes the meal complete!! The dinning experience is made so much better when you have such a lovely server as Monique. I truly enjoy the atmosphere.... the friendliness and cleanliness of the restaurant. PLENTY OF PARKING. For those disabled like myself the restaurant is disabled friendly. You'll enjoy thehanging empty wine bottles and the intimate atmosphere. “We were craving some Greek food so we came here on the recommendation of a friend. Such a cute spot with pretty murals on the walls and some outdoor seating as well. The staff was so friendly and explained the menu to us and made some recommendations for our order. We tried: Greek Coffee Mythos Beer Appetizer Combo Grilled Halloumi Moussaka Greek Combo Plate w/ Chicken & Souvlaki Zeus Kabob Combo w/ Barg & Kofta Baklava The Appetizer Combo comes with veggies, olives & pita for dipping with hummus, baba ghanoush, tabouleh and tarmasalata (cream cheese w/onion & fish roe). The halloumi is perfectly grilled to delicious perfection. The moussaka is so dreamy and comes with a huge salad and rice as well. The meats here are so good, and come with garlic sauce and tsaziki for dipping. The baklava is the traditional Greek walnut cinnamon and so yummy. They do have some vegetarian and halal options here as well so you're sure to find something for everyone!“

“Tried this restaurant on a short trip to San Diego. Only service complaint is that it took about 40 minutes from seating to having the first dish arrive. Had the following. Scores are out of 10. 1. Parker House Roll - 7/10. I really don't know what they are supposed to taste like, but have seen them on a few menus in San Diego so thought I would try it. The top of the roll had a nice crispiness and flavor. The interior of the roll was a little dense, but maybe that's what it is supposed to be. And it really is just ONE roll. It was large, but a bit pricey ($10) for one roll. 2. Kanpachi Crudo - 0/10. This is labeled as a "crudo" but it was smoked or something. Not a good flavor at all. 3. Raviolo - 10/10. Yummy! exactly as described with nice shavings of truffle. 4. Duck Breast - 9/10. Perfect except slightly overcooked. 5. Whole Roasted Branzino - 10/10. Just as described and delicious.“

“The food was really good. They give you free bread and marinara sauce. We got 2 of the happy hour margherita pizzas and a vodka pasta. Also ordered a cheesy bread and the gnocchi tricolore. The pizza was good, but I liked the cheesy bread even more because it had a slight garlic taste and the bread was doughy (more than the pizza which was cracker crust) and good. All of the sauces on the gnocchi were good. The vodka pasta and gnocchi were also really good. The food came all at very separate times but it was fine because we were all sharing everything. Happy hour prices are good and the portions were great too.“

“Glad to be able to have authentic Italian in my neighborhood. Celebrated my mom's birthday. I always order carpaccio di manzo, and calamari fritti. It was rainy Monday at 6:30. The restaurant was very crowded. Recommend to make a reservation.“
