“Went there last Thursday with my fiancé. Our first visit since it became Goli. Very few people there that night which made the service very personal. Great staff and the food was excellent. The only item on the menu we didn't care for was the Brussel sprouts appetizer. We mentioned that to our waiter and he agreed that they needed to get it better. One of the owners came by the table to discuss our likes and dislikes with us and comped us with two glasses of wine. Overall very pleased with the experience. We will be back.”
“Invita is my families favorite, and go to coffee spot. We love the coffee and food as they are always consistently excellent. And the service is always excellent too. The Owner is extremely nice. We also love the atmosphere. Even on a rainy day like today, we knew the indoor sitting area would be a relaxing place to be, so we could catch up and have fun with the provided games, and reading material.(On Saturday mornings, my sons and I routinely come to get coffee and to view the beautiful cars that are on display.)”
“Situated inside The beautiful Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, is Lilian's. Reservations recommended as we dined for lunch it started out quiet but quickly filled with many locals. Although we had reservations, The hostess was apologetically busy and took awhile to get to us. Once seated, The view from our table overlooks the property and loved the inside and outdoor area of this restaurant. The Monterey Salmon was flavorful, gorgeously plated with a delicious sauce. The creamed spinach and brown butter sides paired well with the salmon. The grilled chicken sandwich was not my favorite. The olive tapenade with the in house made olive bread was overpowering and had to scrape some of it off. The sandwich was lacking and next time will order a different menu item. The meal was completed with beignets and was my favorite part of the meal. The beignets were crispy, with a sugar torched crust but soft & moist inside and included 3 different sauces that paired well with the beignets. Absolutely loved it!”
“This is one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in a long time. Food was fantastic. Service was great really neat little place. We had a post wedding party there and it was a really neat experience. I had the Santa Fe chicken pasta, which was full of flavor and a side salad that was amazing and huge! will definitely go back next time I’m in town.”
“I'm gonna leave 5 star because I love their bakery! Omg so delicious. Best brownie and salted Carmel and blondie bars. But I have to write this down again for owner to warn her employee. That same girl was treating me poorly was serving me today again. I didn't go there a while even I work just on same street because of that employee treating me like that but then I wanted to give another chance. I've been going since couple times. Other workers and owner is nice. But today again this same girl... I'm asking their other stuff, what is in it and what are they since I wanna try their all bakery. I just asked 1 item and she answered okay thank you, and then I asked something next to that. Her face expressions and her attitude which is making you feel very uncomfortable. You can read from her face that she hates you :) she didn't want to answer she was like "I'm sorry I don't hear you, it's the fan " or whatever she said I don't remember now. As soon as owner came out and was standing behind her, her all attitude completely changed. She started smiling and telling me have a great day etc. She made feel terrible asking questions for the purpose of trying their products. I wouldn't give tip to her, I wasn't giving whenever I see a bad attitude, but I left some tip today but not Because how she treated me, because their bars are super tasty and I love whatever I eat there. Owner probably knows who I'm, I gave so much detail for her to guess who I am. She has such a nice place and popular in here. I just wanted her to know so she can improve her business for even better!”
“A beautiful place to take a date, out of town guests, or just yourself if you want a quiet and classy restaurant. The food is delicious. The servers are kind and courteous. Valet parking only”
“I just saw this place and the owner on iiMPCT MEDIA. The owner was so delightful and friendly. He talked and talked about how he roasts his own beans for his two store and you can tell it is his passion. When you love something the way he does, you know it is going to be perfect or he won't sell it. The shop looks amazing, clean, and nice to be in. Order a cup to try and then buy a pound or two. They sell by the pound and will grind it for you if you dont have a grinder. Hopefully they start selling online soon, but he did say that he mails out coffee to regular buyers all over the country. Call up and ask, maybe they will mail you some too.”
“This place was very scrumshise my tongue melted with the flavor of the food here. It is a lil pricey but overall fantastic if you are a real sigma check out this ”
“I recently enjoyed a delightful lunch at this charming bistro in Rancho Santa Fe. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable. The highlight for me was definitely the delicious food; my brother raved about his shrimp pasta, while I savored a perfectly cooked salmon dish with pasta. What truly made the experience memorable was the presence of birds, whose cheerful songs added an extra layer of tranquility to our meal. Overall, I highly recommend this bistro for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a serene ambiance.”
“We have a large party. We called to get a last minute table on a Saturday night. The restaurant accommodated us without any issue, despite the fact that they were busy. Every single staff we encountered was beyond amazing. The hostess came to our table several times and interacted with our children and made sure several times we were doing well. She even brought them Color sheets and crayons. Our waiter (I believe Al) was so attentive and made sure our meals were correct (we had to make quite a few changes to some of the items we ordered). We sat on the patio and it was a little cool. We were asked many times if the temperature of the heaters were okay. The staff was on top of literally everything! The food was amazing! Everything from our appetizers to desserts. Our favorites were the bread, brussel sprouts, chicken Parmesan and the filet mignon, but it was all amazing. Thank you so much, Nick & G's for an amazing and relaxing meal out. We will 100% be back again.”
“This place is one of the best wine and cocktail bars in all of San Diego and largely due to their highly experienced mixologist Cory. Not only can he make cocktails on the fly just by giving him an idea of what you want, but he is just a genuine guy. I didn't have time to take pictures of the drinks because they were just too good. But I got a picture of the man himself just having an amazing time!”
“Went here for a coffee and pastry. Was please to learn the owner roasts all the coffee here. Their bags of coffee seem pretty reasonable priced, maybe a bit low. But the brewed coffee I had (I think they call it Golden) did not excite me at all. It was a pretty basic cup of coffee, really. It was towards the end of the day, so the pastry I had was a bit hard. If I'm in the area again, I'd probably give it another try, though.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap parking spot right in front.”
“Where to start , their queso fundido is absolutely the best with flour tortillas great food , BIG portions! The molcajete you have to try!the mojitos , margaritas are great! So many drinks to choose from. Costumer service is the best. Love that the waiters are always attentive. & we can't forget about how clean & nice the place is.”
“This place is amazing. Exceptional, I’d suggest Michelin-qualifying, three-course prix fixe. I’ve never had a disappointing bite of food here, and the cocktails are great, too.”
“Loved the resturant and the employees were amazing, helpful and kind. While I know this is fine dining the portions are very small. My scallops tasted tinny. They are supposed to have a sweetness to them. In my opinion the method of cooking and seasoning was off. The appetizers were just ok. We ordered two veggie sides and they were just ok. If your using local veggies sauces are not needed to make them delicious. I realize I'm picky. The menu just may not be for me. Nothing sparked I have to come back. I wish it did. The staff was amazing. I feel like the restaurant needs a menu restart. Maybe something the chef and the cooks are passionate about serving.”
“This was the best restaurant experience I have ever had. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Our order arrived on time, and most importantly, the dishes were delicious. I visited the place with my wife, and she was very pleased. As they say, a happy wife equals a happy life.”
“Awesome beer! Vibe was very cool! Staff was outstanding. One of our favorite local breweries! They really have the murky/hazy IPA game down! You can tell they use super fresh ingredients in their beer! Can’t wait to go back.”
“Bun Cha Ha Noi was solid, Cha Ca La Vong was good, Com Chay Thit Bo was excellent, Goi Xoai Tom was ok (the dressing was a bit too sweet). Service was decent and friendly.”
“Can't say enough about the food, views, and our server Ryan. He made a great experience fantastic. If only all restaurants had Ryan's.Every little detail was there including soft salted butter for the bread, good patios heaters, and great food and drink suggestions from our server.”
“We had the most exceptional experience and I will certainly be back. Giovanni took care of us as if we were part of his family, with generosity and such warmth. His knowledge is impressive!Let alone his passion for food, wine and spirits.Food was excellent, coffee as well.A little hidden gem!”
“The storefront is small, but the employee who helped us was very friendly. The serving size for a double scoop was generous, and the quality was good.Try the mint chip! It's a really excellent version of what it is.Vegetarian options: All of the ice cream is vegan.Dietary restrictions: This place is good for anyone eating vegan or gluten-free. It's even Celiac-safe!Parking: Easy parking, though the storefront itself is tucked into the office park.”
“This is our favorite Italian restaurant in this area. They are vegan friendly, and the food is delicious. They have a small selection of vegan pizzas and have vegan cheese. My husband is from Chicago, so picky about his pizza. So far, their flatbread, is the only pizza he's found that is likes. We've ordered to-go for two large events over the past three years and everyone loved the food.”
“I had just proposed to my now fiance and decided to choose this place for lunch right after it happened. I had fish tacos and she had the fish and chips and they were immaculate. Surprised by the lower price, high quality of this place. Staff is incredibly friendly to you and the vibe in here is great. I love their soda options over the regular Coke and Pepsi products. Awesome place. Thanks for an amazing lunch.”
“We love love love Luna Grill. We order from this location all the time. The food is always fresh, prepared well and tastes great. The service is top notch. I've honestly never seen a place run so well with workers so polite from the moment you walk in to the moment they say goodbye.”
“Husband ordered us Two plates and they were good. The Mac salad was cool, reg basic flavor. The poke compared to a lot of other places was nice & fresh. It does have a little park outside that you can eat at , but being surrounded by business buildings it’s a little meh for me. Past that though , poke quality was good.”
“A Delicious Taste of Persia on WheelsJust had a fantastic lunch at Namino, a Persian food truck. The food was absolutely delicious! I went for the Shirazi Ash, and it was perfect. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for something flavorful and satisfying. On top of the amazing food, the staff at Namino were incredibly friendly. Ali, in particular, was very welcoming and helpful. He definitely added to the positive experience.”
“I've been meaning to write this review but I keep forgetting. This was my first 3 star Michelin dining experience and I just want to say the service was absolutely impeccable. I was impressed from start to finish with the service. The restaurant can be quite drafty so I recommend dressing warm, but I think the server could tell I was a little cold so he brought heated pillows for me and switched it out throughout the entire dinner. It's the little extra touches that really elevates the dining experience for me. Onto the food though, we enjoyed majority of the dishes, there were a few misses but I thoroughly enjoyed mostly everything. Is it worth the price tag? I definitely think so. I can also see why it was awarded 3 stars. The wagyu dish was my favorite extra dish, I was not a fan of the extra truffle dish and that was probably my least favorite of the evening. Also just to note if you're dining at the late dinner service the street is quite dark and parking can be a tad confusing. When we walked up to the restaurant we weren't quite sure if we were at the right spot. But once you enter and see the hostess they'll guide you to the bar.”
“Came to this spot because it was super close to my hotel. Ordered the cold brown sugar latte. Service was swift. My latte was yummy! Will definitely be back. Thank you.”
“I had the most amazing kimchi fried rice here today. The portion was super generous for the price of $12, and their chicken was so flavorful. I was able to have this dish for about two rounds of leftovers too! The staff at the front were quite warm and the food was made in about 10-15 minutes. The vibe inside is really cute, too. They have hanging plants all throughout, and they have lots of sunlight inside. Can't wait to try something else next time.”
“Went here for a random date night and had a nice experience. Was impressed by the level of service. Interior is cute. The food was really good, particularly the main courses - we had the duck and the sea bass. My partners dessert, the strawberry charlotte, was great but I was a little underwhelmed with the chocolate marquis. The kumquat sauce that came with it was good but really overpowered the chocolate. Would come back.”
