Teas here are good, I've been to a few of the other locations but this was my first time visiting this arden location. My favorite snacks are the popcorn chicken and bubble waffle whenever I get bubble tea. They had an option to add cayenne to the popcorn chicken which we got cause I love spicy. Unfortunately the cayenne didn't do much as far as spice goes. The waffle was nice and crispy which I really liked.
It has been awhile since I last visited a T4. Arrived on a weekday night after dinner and they were not too busy. Clean space with plenty of seating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ordered their jasmine green milk tea and the drink came out quickly. It was pretty good and not too sweet.
