“This place is bomb. A coworker recommended it. I walked in and told the girl in line behind us to go ahead because we had never been there before. She said me either! And we all laughed about that. This place is cool tho. Laid back vibe, friendly employees. The burger…probably the best I have ever had, no joke. This is exactly how I like them. A real smash burger with crispy edges. Double was $8 and it comes with grilled onion, bacon, cheese, sauce and you can add a lot of other stuff. Fries were perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and good seasoning. When we left we said thanks and the guy in the back said “hey see you guys tomorrow?” I was like…yeah lol…cause he might. If not tomorrow we will for sure be back very soon. Give this place a chance, you won’t be sorry.“

“Not bad....maybe all the reviews I have read set my expectations too high. NOT as good as I expected. The flavor was a lot the old Whopper Burger in Hopewell, VA. Five Guys, Smashburger and Wahlburgers are better.“

Brought my wife and daughter in for a sit-down lunch just today. One patron even brought my daughter a plate to use. Love this place!!!“

“We grew up on Carl's jr down our street. Love the fire grill flavours and the sauce.
Why some fast food kitchens put yellow mustard on burgers is beyond me, shocking! lol. Carl's sauce is great.
Mustard is important for hot dogs and links though, I admit 🌞.
Also their chicken strips are top notch says my honey.“

“First time coming here, we order a bacon, burger, chicken sandwich, combos, and some chili cheese fries I love the chili cheese fries they were fire. Customer service was on point and I love the atmosphere very warming. Chicken sandwich was good. Love the fries golden brown crispy but I’m sorry I’m gonna have to pass on the hamburger. I don’t know what kind of sauce they put on it but I did not like it plus the bread was not toasted it was mid but anyways, that’s just my opinion. “A very fun atmosphere was had at this Gus Jr. They prepare & serve tasty, and a wide variety of, fast food we enjoy regularly. Due to experienced kitchen pros they will serve the way you like it.
Great burgers, and I ordered the pastrami. Get this. . For one price, It came surrounded by fries, fried zucchini, onion rings, and a fresh crisp green salad with my favourite dressing of choice - blue cheese.

“I am surprised to see the low ratings for most of the Carl's - and am scared that people compare apples with oranges. This is Carl's a burger joint. It's sure not stylish - and it sells food for a small budget. We greeted friendly, as my wife and I wanted just to share a quick bite and a drink, lovely Lisbeth P (I do not know, just see her name on the check) informed us of their policy buy two big sandwiches for $5. Thank you for that. the place was fine - and the only reason I really get into all this so deeply is that I wonder: what did those people expect? If I was on the route again, I would go again. Would I make a 30+ min detour just to dine here (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars): hell no. It's a burger place - one that was on the way when we wanted one - and it did it's job. “Food is very good. It can get very busy here but they're well staffed so they can be relatively quick considering. We enjoyed our burgers and salad. They kept the tables clean. If you're dining inside you can refill your drinks free of charge which is nice. We come when we are around the area. Heads up they are closed 4th of July.“

She was so kind towards my children and constantly checking on us; making sure our cup was never empty, despite how busy it was in there! She still got our food to the table in a timely manner, with exceptional customer service ! Our food was great & my family and I will definitely be coming back. “Service was quick. You have an extensive menu to satisfy your appetite. As soon as you bite down on your burger, you get the smell and taste of delicious thousand island! The hamburgers are well done and tasty. I got some chili cheese fries as well, which were not to my liking. The chili was sweet, the cheese ratio was good, and fries were good. Both crunchy and those soft wiggly ones which are good. The pastrami sandwich was packed and had good flavor. The pastrami itself wasn't chewy and recommend it.“

I ordered some breakfast sandwiches and told the manager that my kids wanted syrup with the sandwiches Because they really wanted some mcdonald's mcgriddles.😂
Long story short when I received my order-The manager said ,Hey...I threw some extra things in there for the kiddos I wasn't expecting a nice gesture-And for that reason, I leave this Location a positive a review because I had a positive experience and received a kind gesture.
The manager gave us a Large order of French toast sticks...Another large order of hash browns it was nice & hot too.“
