As always the staff at this Peet's is friendly and helpful. Today my 4 year old son was being somewhat grumpy and difficult and he didn't like the choice of milk in the small cartons. The milk was chocolate and he didn't like the picture of the cow on the carton either. The girl helping me noticing the situation politely offered regular milk in a plain cup and the problem was solved. Thanks for helping a dad out with a somewhat sticky situation. Peets is underrated. They have the best drinks (try the coconut black tie or iced havana capp) YUMMY! So many locations are closing down so keep your negative reviews to yourself so we can keep Peets open!!!

I'm surprised that this place seems to not take pride in their store. It's located in such a beautiful & busy shopping plaza in San Clemente but the store itself seems to have fallen on bad times. We love Peet's Coffee & we basically go everyday here in CdM, but this San Clemente location has dirty bathrooms & just have a somber ambiance. The management need to be re-trained or something.
