The standout feature of this location is Rich, an employee whose service is the secret sauce that sets it apart.Rich has an exceptional ability to remember customers by name (and dog names too!), even if you've only visited a couple of times. His energy and helpfulness are evident, as he seamlessly juggles serving customers with genuine hospitality. If he's not busy and notices someone approaching the entrance, he'll rush to open the door and greet them warmly.His positive attitude and dedication have a noticeable ripple effect on the entire team, fostering a welcoming environment. “Love this place for a quick and delicious bite. We've been a few times after the kids sports at Esencia and always seem to run into friends from the area. The steak sandwich and cuban sandwich are some personal favorites, and I had a chicken parm sandwich last night on special that was fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Great for families. “One of my families favorites. Been going for years, it has always been excellent. Sandy and Shu do a great job in the front of the house and we all love the food. Favorites include Yosi's crispy fish, mala scallops and chicken. My wife loves the sesame shrimp with walnuts or aromatic shrimp. My buddy ALWAYS gets the chefs special crispy beef. It can get crowded and the food's always fresh so at peak hours you need to be patient when dining in. I order take out a lot (especially during Covid) and never had an issue. Always exactly what I ordered and pretty quick. I highly recommend it!“
