Very COVID friendly. Huge portions. Staff a delight. We will be back.
They constantly forget to include what you order. Their response when you call is "come pick up (said item)." No apology or anything. And then it happens again. And again. It's as if someone is stealing your orders before you pick it up. Someone there may be hungry. The staff may be overwhelmed, but there is no oversight. Sad to have to write this review as the food is great, but when customer service is equivalent to a sock you find in a dryer, what can you do?
