Let's talk about service first. I ordered a meal and I paid for it. When I got it, I realized that that is not what I wanted. The supervisor on duty fixed it for me right away. She made sure I did not have "the buyers remorse" This is service! She replaced my order and took care of me. I was running a little late but the chicken was so hot and fresh, I had to wait for it to cool down. This was my best KFC experience in so many years. Ordered 4-pc. Chicken Combo meal plus a drink... What happened to KFC food quality? The meal I ordered not satisfactory. Chicken was dry not tender, biscuit hard, with small size chicken pieces. Last time for me as a customer, definitely not impressed with KFC.KFC continues to increase their prices with poor quality food.
