I ordered for pick up at 7p. Supposed to be ready at 7:26p. Still standing here at 7:50p

Pizza and wings were both cold when I got them at 7:57p? Why was I waiting for 30 minutes to get cold pizza and wings.
Staff was rude and would not come out front and talk to the lobby full of angry customers waiting for their pizza. What a bummer.
I do understand from time to time ppl do get orders incorrectly but don't give the customer an attitude along with it and on top of that I had to wait 29 mins for 2 5 meat and 1 cheese pizza that's ridiculous. there was a line of customers stretched outside waiting to be served and the workers weren't not even putting in the effort to move to any sort of pace to serve the customers, it was as if we were begging to be served! that was insulting
