Your self-serve kiosk sucks! Too difficult, and not user-friendly by any means besides watching people in front of me, trying to do it, either fix it, or get more cashiers at the front desk to place an order. Your automation system is failing you
Isabel this morning at 10:35 was very rude to me this going through the drive through, I asked for a side of tartar sauce and she directly said NO to me and continue to say what sauces they had.I told her I have gotten tartar sauce before as a side for my dipping and she said it would be a dollar for the side.I have never paid a dollar yet alone most of the time paid for my tartar sauce and when I have I had paid 75 cents for it. This location has a drive-through open time at 4 AM. It’s never open at 4 AM. So when I come at 5 AM, I’m told that they’re not ready yet, because their system super slow and so they’re never open on time. if you advertise a time that says you’re open, then honor that time. Have employees show up early and get things going.
