I sat at the Sushi Bar for lunch. They have a large menu of non-sushi items that I cannot speak to. I tried a Tuna Maki Roll, a Spicy Tuna Roll and an order of ebi nigiri. The quality was much better than the typical stripmall sushi. They also had a nice selection of saki. Atmosphere gets 2 stars because of the lame muzak they had playing in the background.
Found this spot when we were looking for a new sushi restaurant to try in our area (we eat and are loyal to the same ones at least once a week) and this our new favorite! So impressed with the staff and their service. Amazing space and SO clean.First thing in their menu I saw and we ordered was the scallop carpaccio - UNREAL!! And so fresh. A little pricey compared to other sushi nearby but worth it. My only complaint was the 2 ladies and 6 kids two tables down that were so loud nobody else could hear anything (I don’t understand taking kids to sushi anyway). Nothing to do with the restaurant though, very very good.
