good & fast late night service but mostly wanted to say John is so kind! can't remember the last time I received such welcoming hospitality when eating out and it's something you really appreciate

I normally love this spot because it has an easy access drive through as well as plenty of parking. This time with getting food, I wish I would have checked the bag prior to pulling off. The fries weren't quite full or warm to the touch. Chicken tenders were not tender but tough from being over cooked. Parts of the chicken were so tough, I trashed them (which was hard to do this was $14+). Really disappointed since there is typically a great experience all around at this location....read full review

have not had a bad experience here. Friendly and do their job completely. The nearby mcdonalds on the other hand, horrible. I go out of my way to come here if i need a quick bite at lunch or breakfast before work. The competition nearby has nothing on this Jack. Good job guys, keep it up.
