Amazing service in this cozy little spot - offering many types of tacos and even a 4 tacos for 2.99 deal! If I had to do it again, i would NOT opt for the deal as the tacos themselves were dry and had little fried fish. A suggestion for the chefs would be to make the tortillas juicier - whether that be by making your own or using a better tortilla bc that's the real game changer. Great hot sauce selection!
Oscars fish tacos are one of the best fish tacos in San Diego. The ingredients taste fresh. Good place for a quick and tasty bite. There is a parking lot rigjt in front of restaurant, the location wasn't too busy on a Saturday.

Had a snapper taco (special) and a bottled Mexican Coca Cola. It was so so good. I saw a complaint about the prices ($6.50 taco, not bad compared to Portland, OR prices). The fish filet inside was nearly an entire serving size, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Tons of fresh avocado and cilantro. The service was friendly and fast. I would 100% recommend. Don’t miss the bottled sauces in the fridge.
