I'm literally horrified and I have no idea what I just ate. I ordered a Mac n cheese and it was literally colder than room temperature and as I was eating there was a clump of something soft and squishy and not a noodle or a sauce and I genuinely had to spit it out.
I am a fan of Panera bread and I enjoy the convenience of this location and their beverage program. However, the way this particular Panera bread is operating leaves much to be desired. They don't put their food out. I once walked in a minute early, the door was open, and as it was turning 6 I tried to get my coffee and be on my way. Way overpriced and not good food. For $9, I got a half filled bowl of vinegary tasting watery onion soup with shredded cheese floating in it (not broiled on top) and a few store quality flavorless croutons floating in it. It was so disappointing. There are many other places that are good within walking distance. Choose one of them.
