This is the first food truck on my Taco Tuesday tour. It is located in a random parking lot in Mira Mesa. On their instagram, it says they open at 5:00 p.m. but that may be inconsistent because on the day I visited, they were not yet open at 5:30 p.m. Service is very quick and friendly. Taco truck located in the parking lot of Mira Mesa's Best Buy (by the Goodwill donation boxes). Outdoor seating available. Open five days a week (everyday except Monday/Wednesday). Taco Tuesdays are awesome for $1.50 Al pastor tacos which are YUMMY!! They gave me a free sample of the Al pastor taco and it's definitely a must get item. $1.50 adobada tacos on taco Tuesdays :D I've been ordering mine to-go and they give you a plate wrapped in tin foil. I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful the meat and sauces are. They add some pineapple pieces on top too. For only $1.50, it's super cheap and super delicious :) Give this place a try!
