I had gastro surgery end of December. This hospital was GREAT. No ridicules wait times. Very helpful team and nurses. In the hospital for 2 days with very painful surgery. Unfortunately, I woke up after 5.5-hour surgery and was less than cordial to the staff. I wanted pain meds STAT. They were VERY helpful, explained the time needed between meds, and because a clock is in recovery, I could make sure not one minute passed over the time. It depends on the Dr, they mention on their TV ads "The Sharp experience " I've been using Sharp for years, lately though my experiences haven't been the greatest. Plus, some of the representatives in the billing department, I have found to be rude + lack empathy but again, depends how who you speak with. Trying to book appts especially with a specialist are months out.
