About el Mil Amores

El Mil Amores is a warm and welcoming restaurant with a Mexican touch. The staff is kind and attentive, making guests feel like they're visiting a dear aunt. The food is delicious, featuring popular dishes like the combo plate with chips, steak, salsa, and sauce, and the standout "concha French toast," which many describe as a show stopper. Guests have enjoyed the breakfast sampler and chilaquiles mole, noting the mole's rich, thick, and sweet flavor, with a good amount of spice. While the service can be slow, the chef's attention to detail shines through in dishes like the avocado toast with a beautiful strawberry salad. Some guests appreciate the savory options like chilaquiles verde and enfrijoladas, highlighting the amazing mole sauce and black bean sauce. Guests also recommend the cdmx and the special of the day for brunch, both filling and tasty. The restaurant offers proper portions at reasonable prices, and creative dishes that build on traditional Mexican cuisine. Long lines are common, but many find the experience worth the wait, especially for dishes like ribs with rice and beans, which are rated 10/10. If available, ordering agua fresca de mango is highly suggested for a refreshing treat. Overall, El Mil Amores commits to Mexican cuisine in a way that would make any abuela proud.

CDMX with a cafe de olla. 10/010. It has a little bit of everything and legitimately makes me so happy to eat. I always love to come here for food and vibes.
The food was excellent, everything tasted so good and fresh, I loved their molletes and chilaquiles, I never tried before a chilaquiles with habanero sauce but it was super good, their cafe de olla was great as well. They have friendly staff.
