I've only had the Daeho Galbitang (comes w/ shrimp and abalone) and it's been good every time. In fact, it's probably the best Galbitang I've had in the city. The broth is rich and beefy but there's an oiliness to it. Meat is super tender but the shrimp sometimes isn't fresh. Great that there's an option to add more meat. Daeho is one of the dining establishments inside H Mart offering authentic Korean kalbijjim and beef soup ?. I have been here many times and the beef soup is just amazing. (If you're a reader ? like me, you might like the NY Times best selling book Crying in H Mart.)
