4stars means very goodI had a fairly traditional ramen. Broth was very clean and rich and straight forward. Noodles were terrific, excellent flavor, and they aak you what firmness you want! “Firm” was al dente and terrific. Ajitama was excellent. I’ll definitely be back.
Omg really good ramen. Lot of sea food style ramen here. If you're not or can't have sea food ramen, they have miso and a spicy karaka. The atmosphere is very inviting and pleasurable to be in. There are lots of side dishes to choose from while you wait for your food. Little pricey but not outrageous. I'm pretty sure rent is pretty expensive. We were hoping to taste the same ramen from Ippudo that we enjoyed in Japan, and this restaurant came closest to replicating that experience. The decor was beautiful, and the staff were professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our order and the overall experience. I definitely recommend it.
