Greeted warmly by staff, who were highly attentive and very polite and professional. The food came out at a great pace, each dish with a good description. My favorite pieces of fish were the mackerel, tuna belly and uni. The wagyu was also divine with the truffle salt and gold flakes. Each intermittent warm dish that came out gave a sense of warmth and homey cooking, but elevated and beautifully displayed. A great experience at the bar with the chef Jason. Delicious and high quality fish, we are definitely coming back!If you are in town and like good quality nigiri, definitely visit!Two points minor points the we wish were improved: the quality of the ginger, the intelligibility of the waitress’ explanation.

Absolutely worth the experience. It's dinner and a show. We had a great conversation with the chef. He explained everything served and answered all questions whether they were related to dinner or his personal life. We planned to do the supplement A but we were the perfect level of full by the end of the courses. The fish was amazing. I could on and on. The price could have been $200 per person instead of $145 and I would still think it's worth it
