The restaurant might not look all that, but the food is actually pretty good!!! It's not cheap, and actually on the pricey side, but it was totally worth it. Very authentic food, and you should totally try it if you don't care about customer service from the waitress.
From all the Hunan restaurants I've been to in the 626 area this is my go to place. The restaurant used to be on the corner of San Gabriel Blvd and Las Tunas and has moved here since the pandemic. It's a bummer some of the old dishes I loved were replaced but the new ones are equally tasty. This is a fairly authentic Hunan restaurant, so if your not a fan of preserved meat, blood, innards, fermented veggies and chili this may not be the place. Very authentic Hunan food! Flavorful but not too Sat. They do get busy during lunch but we'll worth the wait. Delivery is a good option too cuz it doesn't impact food quality. The heat does build up so ask for less spices if you can't handle it.
