“Second time eating here. Always a delicious meal. The garlic naan is so flavorful! Our server recommended the goat curry (I’m usually a lamb curry fan) and it was one of the best. Definitely come back. No pictures as we devoured the meal! Next time!!“
“At first, I was gonna give this place a 1 star rating but ended up having a delightful overall experience. After picking up meds next door at Walgreens, I was hungry so decided to give it a try. “Indo-Asian” cuisine sounded interesting. I walked in and the place was empty even though it was close to noon. The lights were dimly lit and no one was around so I wasn’t sure if it was even open. I said “hello” to see if anyone from the back would hear me and some guy came out looking at me all confused too. I asked if they were open and if I could sit down but he didn’t understand what I was saying. I sat down anyway. A few minutes later, a scruffy man came out to take my order. He looked like he just woke up, talked really fast, and was a bit grimy looking. I started to regret my decision to eat there. After waiting maybe 25 mins for my food, I’d have to say that it was really flavorful and worth the wait. This pushed them up 2-3 more stars. As I was eating, I watched some teenager walk in to ask for a job. Turns out the grimy waiter was the owner of the place. After a brief conversation, the owner told the kid he could come in the next morning and gave him a job. Witnesses this act of kindness bumped it up another star. After the kid left, the owner came over to sit down and chat with me. We had a lovely conversation about Nepal, how he got into cooking, and he showed me pictures of his beautiful children. This bumped them up another star. This served as a reminder to not be so quick to judge. Kindness goes a long way! Nice little hidden gem on the Eastside, def worth trying!“
“This is probably the best veg Momos that one can get in San Jose. Absolutely love the Momos and dips served to us. Minced with garlic, carrot cabbage etc .VEG chowmein were not that spicy (that's subjective)but I would love to have it customized as the cook there seemed sweet - willing to work on feedback. Foodtruck is right on the main road and accommodates few chairs & tables.“
“Went out to San Pedro square market for dinner with the family and ordered everything from the one spot. The tikka masala fries were great but their vegetable chow mein and gobi (cauliflower) Manchurian were wildly and unexpectedly amazing. There was a rich flavor and spice in the gobi Manchurian and the vegetable chow mein was packed with fresh veggies and was perfectly flavored. We will be back for sure for these dishes and are ready to further explore the menu.“
“Staffs are just lovely and the ambience is pleasant with light sounds of Nepali music in the background. The food hits all the right spots and often comes with complimentary sides! + ? for having outdoor sitting as I can’t travel without my pet. Can’t recommend enough to family, friends and colleagues!Vegetarian options: 90% of the menu is Veg!Dietary restrictions: There is vegan and halal options available!Parking: Parking is always availableKid-friendliness: So many happy kids!“
“We came here for dinner and had a nice meal. We ordered 2 mango lassis, the cauliflower manchurian, honey chilli potato, buff sukuti, steamed pork momo, steamed goat momo, pork thukpa, and garlic naan. The food was all delicious, but we thought the honey chilli potato was somewhat overpriced for what you’re getting in the dish. Overall, we had a good experience, and we would definitely come back to try other Nepalese dishes when we’re in the area again!“
“I liked the veggie momos and the chilli chicken was average. I didn't like the chicken fried rice (I cannot stand peas in fried rice).Update 2/13 : Everest was kind enough to offer customizing my fried rice without peas (I should have asked). Updating to 5 stars :)“
“Visiting San Jose for a quick trip and stumbled upon this place and I am so happy I did. The regular or chilly momo, chicken or cauliflower doesn’t matter they were all delicious. Now keep in mind these were not Nepali Momo they were with a twist of gravy and I truly enjoyed that. Spice level was perfect and service was excellent.Highly recommend the place, I will be back on my next trip.“
“This place serves really good, delicious momos. They only thing you need to make sure is that repeat your order and confirm before you pay. They charged for Veg chili momos and just served veg momos. This happened with me 2 times and I observed that with other customer as well.“
“The combination of mouthwatering momos, welcoming ambiance, and attentive service made it a standout restaurant. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The chutneys were a perfect complement to the momos. Overall, Momo Hub is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to savor authentic momos.“
“There's a charming Indian restaurant right here in our neighborhood that has become my absolute favorite spot for a hearty meal. Their butter chicken is simply divine - it's like a warm embrace on a plate. Every dish they serve feels like it's been made just for me, with flavors that hit all the right notes. But what really makes this place special is the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. It's not just a restaurant; it's a gathering place where you feel like part of the family. If you're craving some delicious Indian cuisine that feels like home, you won't be disappointed here“
