Online ordering used to pretty straightforward here. I don't know what happened, but now it's quite terrible. Recently, the employees appear to be having trouble with properly managing the queue of incoming orders. They prioritize physical, in-store orders over online orders. The last two times I've ordered online, they forgot about my order and started it at the time it was supposed to be ready for pickup. I didn't even order when it was busy (~1:30-2:30 pm).
HOLY MOLY that was some amazing customer service. I don't remember the ladies name but she was opening today I walked in right as the first Batch of fresh baked bread was done am that lady gave me customer service on a world class level. I felt like I time traveled back to the 1980s when customer service was the thing. She made the best freakn sandwich I could've asked for. I'm not sure if she owns the place or if she's an employee, but she runs it like she loves what she does....read full review
