Disappointing first ever visit to a Jack in the Box. The Jack’s Spicy chicken sandwich was rather dry and had a little heat but not much actual spicy flavors. The second sandwich ordered (and charged for) was a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club but turned out to be a second Jack’s Spicy. Not sure how an order of only two sandwiches is mixed up.

I am a huge JB fan, just not so much of this particular store. I've recently moved back to California after 8yrs of living in states that do not have any JB's so I'm catching up on the missed years of late night JB lol. I never cared much for this store even before I moved away. Mainly it's the atmosphere. Seems unusually dark in there all the time and most of the employees speak English as a second language and it's often frustrating placing just a simple single person order....read full review
