“We came the weekend after Valentine's Day and the place was packed. We ended up sitting outside on the patio with heat lamps. The area we sat was a bit small but overall, not a bad ambiance. The sushi was fresh and the prices are reasonable for what you are getting. We ended up over ordering a little. My favorite item of the night was the crab meat wrapped in salmon. We also ordered some yakitori, the toro with uni and caviar, the kaiseki set, and the sushi set for 2. In addition, I ordered the chawanmushi (steamed egg with seafood) and it was great. My only complaint about the experience was I asked the waitress what was in the kaiseki set because I didn't want repeats. She didn't know and didn't end up checking for us. I ordered the chawanmushi, which ended up being a repeat item because it also came with the kaiseki set. In addition, there were also a couple sushi items that were also repeats with the sushi set. I was a little annoyed by that because we ended up with too much food (and of the same food) and she had been trying to suggest more items. Aside for the upselling, everything else was great and we know what to order next time.“
“Fantastic restaurant. The Orion beer, the white corn, the peanut tofu, and the carpaccio are the highlights. The takoyaki, sukiyaki, and ramen were also great. Lots of new flavors. “The food here was so tasty and good. I can't eat chicken so I can't comment on most of the skewers, but the tongue was very good. . My friend and I also shared one of their pots. I think it was beef, similar to Chinese clay pot but ingredients seemed more premium- fresh, light, and delicious than typical Chinese clay pot. My friend called to make a reservation, as space is limited. I'm told that once they reach the limit, no more seating for that evening. No walk-ins, at least not when we were there on a weekend. Looking forward to coming back to try the rest of the menu.“
“My friend and I ordered cold soba noodle combination with fried shrimp and veggies, takoyaki, curry soba and fried cartilage. They were all on point. The handmade soba noodles were cooked just right - chewy and bouncy. The fried shrimp with sweet soy sauce on top of white rice was also ?. I highly recommend this place!FYI, my friend is Japanese, and she approves as well!“
“This is THE Ramen restaurant for my son and me. When friends want Ramen, this is where I tell them to go. The noodles are a superb texture. My son liked the original gyu-tonkotsu. I tried the chashu tsukemen and that is now my favorite. The broth was so scrumptious that I wanted to dip myself in it. The son finished the meal with a melon soda float. We were stuffed!!! Can't wait to go back for more.“
“Beautifully decorated Japanese restaurant that offers mouthwatering dishes such as omakase and yakitori. The presentation of their food is really lovely and I'm glad to say that the food tasted as good as it looks. I really love their Mentaiko Pasta, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the sauce was so flavorful. And I love the assorted Yakitori we ordered, I got to try a variety of meats and is perfect for sharing. Definitely one of the best spots inside The Source, I highly recommend if you're around the area for a fun and delightful dining experience!“
“Great atmosphere at this izakaya. The food was great and delicious, beef udon bowl is a personal favorite because it is simple and easy on the stomach. The yakitori skewers were delicious and a perfect compliment to the udon. The meatball and chicken leg skewers in particular.“
