We had a great meal! My only criticism would be that our dining companion requested a plate for her dish (it came on a stand) and the young man who delivered it seemed slightly annoyed at the request and then never passed it on to our server. We all were waiting to eat out of politeness to our guest and had to finally flag down our waiter to follow up on this request.
We stayed in Santa Barbara for our anniversary this weekend. Our first meal was Toma's, and it did not disappoint. They had a great variety of food and a ton of wines to choose from. I would get reservations. This is definitely a must Italian dinner place.

We were seated quickly with a reservation. We were seated by a window which was nice but there was a cold draft right over me and multiple bugs flew over our table while we were eating even though the windows were closed. I just felt uncomfortable.I ordered the gnocchi which was subpar but maybe I’ve been spoiled with all the great Italian food available near us at home.
