We tried the Prime Rib meal and the calamari. The food presentation was excellent, and the taste was very flavorful. Their prime rib was slightly more rare than usual wanted it, but was good for the price and a good cut of meat. Their service was very professional, with quick revive matched with an intimate restaurant vibe.
I've dined at Birk's several times over the years and recently revisited for their Prime Rib March Mondays to celebrate their 35 year anniversary. Nothing like a glass of red wine and a medium rare steak to get you through your Monday. Nestled inconspicuously between some tall office buildings, Birk's is a well-kept secret right off the highway. You've probably seen the bright red "Birk's" neon sign driving down 101.
