While in the area, I made a spontaneous stop for snacks and was especially drawn to the crème brûlée toast, which sounded delicious. We also opted for the curry fish balls after browsing the menu. Both items lived up to our expectations in terms of flavor, although I was surprised that the fish balls tasted a little like tom yum soup and was pretty spicy! The chicken curry rice plate is what dreams are made of! It's slow cooked and the meat is super tender. The consistency of the curry is on the watery side but the tenderness and high quality cuts of meat crown it as some of the best and most affordable Malaysian food around. When I come back I will be trying the ramly burger, which you can find iterations of all over Malaysia--an unofficial official food of the country.
