I want to love gong cha, but this place is hit or miss on drinks. I asked for 50% ice but half the cup still had ice on the medium brown sugar milk tea. The other was large but fine for ice. Other times, I feel like they don't adjust the 50% on the sweetness either.
Great service at this location! Patient, helpful employees. You can either order at the register, on a kiosk, or online. I had a gift card but apparently this location hasn't received the card reader. They tried to manually input the card number and when that didn't work, they said I could try scanning it on the kiosk. Came here because we were in the area and suddenly wanted some milk tea. This one was the closest that has higher reviews.The drinks were not bad. We ordered one Pearl milk tea and one Milk Foam milk coffee. The milk tea was hustling average compared to other boba places, but their milk foam milk coffee was actually good.
