I think this is the best Modern India n restaurant in Santa Clara Sunnyvale.Had Gol gappa, Gunpowder Cauliflower, Lamb Panchphoron Paan cocktail.All of them excellent. The Gunpowder cauliflower was amazing. Lightly spiced.The lamb was really tender. And came with daal jeera rice and halg parathha.
Overall a good experience but not flawless.We tried 5 dishes on the menu:Paneer Tikka: The flavors are very nicely done. The paneer softness could have been a bit better. 4/5Yellow Dal: Very good. Good food and good ambience.Servers were taking away plate like as soon as we finish or about to finish the food. Had to ask them to leave the plate as we were working on it. It was around 8.30 so not even closing time...
