“First time coming here, we ordered the kimchi fried rice, beef galbi plate, and grilled shrimp plate - it was all soo delicious! Probably the best kimchi fried rice I've ever had, and it had an overeasy egg! I got it to go but it was quick and made fresh. Will definitely be back!“
“Ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and it was so delicious. Stopped by after some shopping and this place was packed. They sat me down once I walked in and their service was excellent. I received my meal quickly and it was delicious. I will definitely come back again.“
“This was my first time eating here, and I wasn't sure what to order. They let me sample the chicken and the beef birria. It was very good. The meat is tender and they have great prices. When your in town, stop here, you will be happy that you did.Vegetarian options: Beans, rice and they serve ramen. You can customize and leave the meat out if you want. Taco, burrito, and quesadilla You can put avocado beans and rice and cheese.“
“If you like ramen, this place is fantastic with red and white miso broth options. The spicy tao paste is over the top spicy so be careful. The service is traditionally awesome. The atmosphere is also traditional Japanese decor with matching music. However, the outdoor seating is a couple of folding tables pushed up against the window 3 feet from the parking lot.“
“Best tasting ramen I've ever had and the prices are super affordable. The atmosphere is really chill and clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming!Dietary restrictions: I have a garlic allergy and they were very helpful with accommodating me!Parking: There's more parking behind the restaurant, but there is accessible handicap up front!Kid-friendliness: Very open space and room in the booths for kids“
“This place has the best pho in the area handsThe customer service is dopeThe owner is always very welcoming and his recommendations always hit the spotThere’s endless veggies for your phoI love this place always but best for rainy daysI definitely recommend this spotParking: There’s street parking and public parking lots in the behind areas of pacific , how everI’ve always found street parking right up front of the spot or within a couple of feetKid-friendliness: Yes it’s kid friendlyThe owner is very friendly and accommodating“
“Food was overall pretty good, Ramen was great but not extraordinary as some other placesNonetheless still a great place to eat, sushi was deliciousWish they had more of a drinking varietyAtmosphere is pretty comfy, not too big but spacious enough! And the service was absolutely 5 out of 5I would definitely not think twice if I wanna come here“
“Great birria de chivo. Im not a fan of birria de chivo in general. I prefer beef birria but this birria is great. I can tell its made and cooked fresh every day. Perfect consume flavor and not too gamey. If you LOVE birria de chivo you will love this place. The quesabirria tacos were meaty and plentiful too. Open bar for the condiments meant you got all the fixins you want.“
“Little hole in the wall. Never new this place existed until I googled sushi places near me. Tried it for the first time. Their sushi is very delicious!! Very good deals too. Buy 2 get 1 free. Super yummy, have lots of flavors. Service was good. Am definitely going back to try more of their deliciousness.“
“So I have ordered Takeout & Dined In before countless times due to the food and customer service being absolutely AMAZING & DELICIOUS! Each time I order, I'm never disappointed by the quality of the food. Also, packaging for takeout is perfect it never spills! I love this Ramen spot a lot and noticed I never wrote a review so it was time to do so. <3“
“Place is ok, there are so many better places though! I would eat here if I didn’t want to go out too far. Black garlic ramen was seriously lacking flavor but the udon was good. Sushi was standard and the hoedeopbap was tasty, just didn’t have much fish. Maybe I’ve been spoiled but service was poor. Girl was trying to talk to me across a loud room and ordering was slow. It was only her working this particular evening so it might have been overwhelming. We were told at 9:10 that they closed at 9:15 (nicely told us to gtfo), but we were confused because google says they close at 9:30. Didn’t matter too much because we were about done anyways. Despite the negatives, definitely give it a try, palettes are always different. It wasn’t so bad that I wouldn’t come here again, could’ve been a one-off night and I always like to give establishments another shot.“
“The food here is always incredible and has to be my favorite Ramen spot by far. I always get the chashu ramen in mild with an egg. So bomb I swear I am salivating at the mouth just thinking about it. My favorite ramen. Always drink the broth, that's the best part!! It's so packed with flavor. I can't get enough and even when you take it home to reheat it, it tastes just as flavorful. You get bomb ramen for a great price. The ambience is chill and relaxing. I love the amount of outdoor lighting it gets. I also love the barstool setup it feels so chill. The service is always excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, not like some cold restaurants where you feel unwelcome.“
“A very solid sushi spot in Monterey Park with a great selection of sushi and rolls.I ordered their salmon burrito, green onion sesame chicken, soft shell crab & the Kaiba roll. The salmon burrito was way bigger than I thought and can probably feed two people. The salmon tasted fresh and it was overall solid entree. The sesame chicken was crispy and delicious. I tried it with the tempura sauce and it took it to the next level. The soft shell crab was also delicious and flavorful. Their signature roll was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall the lunch was very good and satisfying.Customer service was excellent and I’d definitely come back to this spot again to try their other menu items. Parking can be tough during peak times.“
“I wanted ramen but didn’t want to drive too far so I looked up ramen near me. Decided to give this place a try and I was impressed! Spicy tonkotsu ramen was so good! As well as the crunch roll. It’s always the low key places that have amazing food!“
“Was a little confusing at first when walking in, they had a menu you can look at as soon as you walk in and the confusing part is there is a kiosk for order strictly to charge either credit or debit cards if you want to pay cash you have to wait for someone to attend the register. You can choose from different types of Ramen or udon noodles or a platter with rice or a bowl of rice with whatever toppings. It's on the pricey side but the food is pretty good in flavor. Restaurant is kept clean and even has a dine in patio.“
“This was a venture my son wanted to go on. We settled on this location because it was closer. It's located in a strip mall and can be missed if you don't see the sign. The location is small, but quaint with the anime art on the walls. The food was good , but I could of definitely eaten another bowl of ramen to fill me up. The atmosphere was nice as it's also a good ramen place to eat at in general. Would definitely eat here again. They dibhave another location in Montclair.“
“This place is definitely worth the drive to Lincoln Heights. The food is reasonably priced, well seasoned, and nice portions. I've had the tofu bowl more times than I care to admit. Highly recommend. There is indoor and outdoor sitting available.“
“I was brought to this restaurant by a close family member and it's one of the best ramen places I've been to. I loved their ramen bowl serving and the Naruto ambiance. I can definitely see myself going back to this place again. I ordered the Naruto Chasu “
“Soooo good! Lots of choices. Fast service in bringing out the food. I was sooo hungry when we finally got in. The wait was a little long but it was worth it. Our server was also very good Aaron. He always came back to check if we were doing ok. Definitely something I would recommend. I'll be back soon.“
“The food is absolutely delicious, the best ramen i've ever had! I'd definitely recommend adding garlic sauce or some of the spicy sauce. Everyone who works here is super kind and personable as well! Overall, eating here is such a lovely experience.“
“Been to the one in sawtelle before but it was my first time at this location -- the food was great as always. Loved the spicy tonkotsu ramen I had. The sides were available as an add on at $2.50 each. There wasn't too much of a wait as groups come and go fairly quickly. The service was friendly and the Japanese music gave the place a nice vibe.“
“Super bowls ?? delicious ?? good foodVegetarian options: I just didn't feel like gettingMeat productsthat day but they have different dishes with chicken and meat & fish ?Parking: Plenty ?Kid-friendliness: Very nice attending waitress ?Wheelchair accessibility: Is very accessible to wheelchair.“
“Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai is like a noodle symphony for your taste buds! The broth is so rich, it's practically doing a backstroke in flavor town. The noodles are like the Michael Phelps of the ramen world – perfectly slurpable and champion-worthy. The only problem? I need them to start offering a loyalty program because I've officially become a ramen-a-holic. I might need an intervention, or just another bowl of their amazing ramen. Delicious addiction, here I come!“
“Pretty good and different options for noodles and noodle soup. Plaza it's in is also nice and has parking. However, the combos are sorta expensive and no longer allow you to choose the appetizer. And the biang biang noodles themselves don't come with meat. But still tasty“
“I was craving ramen and this place always hits the spot. Ordered Tonkotsu and it was perfect. Super delicious and the service was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely come back!Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking available in the parking lot.“
“My husband and I have been looking for a good ramen place and we found this restaurant. We both ordered tonkotsu ramen and a sushi to share, and everything was delicious. The server was so nice and attentive. This restaurant became our favorite place we will definitely come back soon!Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs“
“So glad I found this place in my neighborhood. Customer service is top tier. After placing an order online 30 minutes before closing, they called to inform me that they were out of mango. To compensate they upgraded both my rolls and added Avocado. On top of that, their sushi was delicious. Salmon was very fresh and they did not skimp. Also, their prices were great.Definitely found my new favorite local sushi spot.“
“I am so mad at myself that I am barely discovering this hidden gem after three years of living in Lakewood. Wow. The portions for their bento are so good for their price point. All the rolls are great price points for the quality they provide. They have amazing service and staff are so attentive. I am now a regular!!!!! Soo goood!!!!!!“
“Great ramen, great service and nice Japanese style atmosphere. Got the spicy vegan sesame ramen; could have been a bit spicier but i also didnt ask for a spice adjustment. Strong sesame taste with a slight miso taste as well. Overall good ramen, and their fried veggie spring rolls were delicious.“
“Delicious ramen spot with really good deals! Been seeing this spot on Yelp for a minute and finally was able to come here a few times now. Service and staff here are really nice and the food comes out pretty quick. I like this spot for ramen because they have good combo deal with a Tonkotsu ramen + side + 1 drink for around $17.50 to $18ish. Totally worth it! The restaurant is cool and the decor is awesome. Definitely come through and try this ramen spot out if you're near El Monte. I don't think you'll be disappointed! Thanks Tonkotsu House Ramen!“
“I have been going to this restaurant for 35 years. The food continues to be consistently good. The owner Japanese Chef works in the kitchen . The best tempura for me! I love the salmon sashimi rice! They use chicken without antibiotics. They use good ingredients that’s the reason why chicken tastes so good.“
“Nothing but good things. This is our go to sushi and ramen spot. I have never had a sushi here I didn't like. They have a 50 off menu for sushi and it's such a great deal. My kids and hubby love to get the tampopo ramen set with sushi. It's definitely worth the price and is a good amount of food. My favorite sushi is the Japanese burrito and the handrolls are delicious and good sized. Service here is always good. My water cup never gets low and they are very attentive which is a plus if you every get heavy handed on Wasabi. Definitely recommend this establishment and have referred many of my friends to come and try it out themselves“
“Got some of their Fried mushrooms and it was a uniquely mouthwatering experience! I was pleasantly pleased with everything I ordered, and I would go here again, if only for those delicious Monkey Brains(Mushrooms)!!! Also got Squid Sushi. It was tough, but very flavorful! I also tried their Calamari roll, that was very delicious. But nothing compares to their Monkey Brains dish! Go there, get monkey brains, thank me later.“
“So been coming here for years especially before moving out to the Coachella valley. So was looking forward to trying it again, was always one of my favorite ramen places when I lived in OC.Unfortunately once we walked in, it smelled funky. Almost like if you were next to the restroom. So took a bit to get use to. It was really busy and I noticed still they only have one server for all the tables. But she was on it for everyone. So great service from her despite them having her be the only one with a packed restaurant. The ramen is still good but wasn't feeling the chatsu this time. We both still ate most of it. Of course they have a wide selection of ramen and tried almost all of them but have my favorites. So anyone new can look forward to having options. I feel as though the majority of the people eating in there have gone there before, because most people are patient and were quick to order.Still giving it a 4 because the majority of the time between my first review and now we're positive experiences. It was probably busy because not everything was opened on New Year's Day and it was very busy. Like I said props to the waitress, think her name was Sam, for keeping up. Just hope next time it doesn't smell and it's not crazy busy. But will still keep going back.“
“Great place for sushi & ramen ? it is delicious, they have variety, atmosphere is a vibe, good customer service (served at table), tables have dividers for privacy, you can collect signatures for a free Cali roll, bathroom is clean and smells good, lots of parking & wheelchair access. My 4 year old and I love it & we come often, would recommend 10/10Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Yes, I come often with my 4 year oldWheelchair accessibility: Yes “
“Some of the best Ramen I've had in the entirety of Socal. In fact, I'd dare say Foo foo tei was better than some of the ramen joints I've been to in Japan! I've been coming here regularly since 2015... highly recommended, it's a hidden gem of a restaurant buried in the suburbs near City of “
“"I would have to say? First of all, I didn't know that the original owners sold their establishment? So I decided to try the new owner way of preparing the sushi ? & with a new name of the business? Now, I haven't been eating sushi for a long time, and I never had any one introduced me to new experiences in the sushi world ?, and I really enjoy some good sushi ? with a nice cold beer, and lately, I have been trying sushi from a few different places, even the buffets that serves seafood , but I would honestly have to say that this is the best sushi that I have had so far in my sushi mission, very fresh and a humble staff is a plus, and it also reminds me of ceviche,a excellent seafood raw style Mexican dish, and that was the first time I ate sushi and said, now that reminds me of ceviche, even though I new the similar raw traditional simmerlaritesAnyway, don't take my word, try it for yourself and you be the judge ??????✌️“
“Located at the third floor of The Source along Beach Blvd, Yoshiharu Ramen looks out of place among the Korean restaurants scattered in the mall. They have a good number of offerings on their menu from ramen (duh) to sushi to gyoza and takoyaki. The price range is on par with the other food spots here. The sushi we order broke down easily when you use your chopsticks but it does taste good. The lobster Ramen which is on sale at $25 was so good. The lobster had that smokey taste and the mussels were fresh.“
“I love coming to this place! The food is always so delicious. They are always very busy ! The staff here is so attentive and they work hard to do their best despite how busy they are. My kids also love eating hereKid-friendliness: The kids menus are fun and foodOptions are great and fulfilling ?“
“The side dishes were great, such as the fried octopus legs and the fried chicken. The ramen, on the other hand, was just OK, especially the noodles were not very good and tasteless. The broth was lukewarm, and the added condiments, garlic chips, corn, and soft egg were all just OK and cold. It was not bad, just OK.“
“She start's remembering me and give me that spoon, and that deserves a 5 star review The food is great, the staff is friendly and they are super quick in the service time in a short lunch hour. I would recommend if you want a quick pickup for lunch“
“Hole in the wall. There is plenty of free parking. Open late. And the ambiance is very loungie. My kids loved it. Friendly staff. Had the garlic n ginger beef bowl w rice. And definitely enjoyed the original Ramen with the pork in it. It's their signature Ramen dish. Service is quick and efficient. Hidden late night eatery gem.“
“I recently visited Gomen Ramen in Stanton and had an amazing experience. This cozy restaurant serves delicious Japanese Ramen, appetizers, and drinks. Despite being busy during lunchtime, the service was friendly and the food was so flavorful. They offer a variety of noodle choices including thin, thick, spinach, tofu, low-carb, and gluten-free noodles. I enjoyed their healthy options. The menu include different types of broth like chicken, pork, and a veggie option. I loved the meat lover ramen with triple chasu as it was a generous portion and the soup was rich and flavorful. Additionally, they offer fried rice, udon, curry, and a variety of appetizers such as fried dumplings, takoyaki, and Karaage. The Karaage was especially good, perfectly fried and juicy. The service was friendly, although the food did take a while to arrive. However, the delicious food made the wait worthwhile.“
“Great tasting ramen - Glad to have one closer to home than going to Silverlake. Ernesto was super helpful and a friendly staff member helping us! Even called after a few days to search for missing receipt needed and didn’t hesitate to help. I appreciate his service! Will definitely keep coming back.“
“Not new to Yoshiharu Ramen, as I've been to the location at Buena Park's The Source, this Yoshiharu Ramen in Cerritos opened approximately a year ago. Always glad to have a new ramen shop nearby, lunch was the order of the day & Yoshiharu Ramen heeded the call.Tonkotsu Black-Pork bone broth soy sauce base with garlic paste, chashu, green onions, bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, bamboo shoots, roasted black garlic oil & sesame seeds. Very good! The ramen was al dente, the chashu tender. Same as I remember the tonkotsu black being from the Buena park restaurant. A solid bowl of ramen, which I greatly appreciated.Thai tea ice cream-After a piping hot bowl of ramen, nothing better than some ice cream! Made with real milk, this perfectly portioned Thai tea ice cream tasted just like it's namesake, and was enough of an indulgence to where I didn't feel guilty.Service was great. The young man attending to customers was friendly & hospitable. A good amount of seating inside, with sushi bar seating available. Parking is via the Target lot, with Yoshiharu Ramen located adjacent & east of The Kebab Shop.Another one on rotation. Yoshiharu Ramen is a quality ramen shop, and a great addition to Cerritos. One day, I'll go all out & order their lobster ramen, but in no way can I call having their tonkotsu black settling, for it is a fine bowl of soup, I must say.“
“Though the food here is good. The service is terrible. One time I went for lunch, sat down and had to weight 10 minutes to be offered a menu and drink. Then when I asked for a place setting because there wasn't one, instead of apologizing and taking care of it, I was told to go get one from another table. Tonight I went again sat down and waited again for 10 minutes with no one coming over to ask me anything or give a menu. I finally walked out and will not be going back. There are plenty of other ramen restaurants in the area that I can spend my money at this one is done“
“Found this new sushi spot with full bar of sake. Decent chill sushi night.Highlights of the menu:1. Tuna sushi, salmon sushi, black snapper sushi, albacore sushi2. Tiger roll3. Yellowtail carpaccio4. Shishito peppers5. Mixed tempura6. Uni pasta“
“My only suggestion is update the drinks, they are not good the sake piña colada was not good and I tried my bf lemonade and wasn’t good in opinion and I saw in the back you guys use the powdered country time lemonade. Ewww I don’t want to waste 3-6 bucks on nasty drinks, I will drink water next time. The seating could be better to more cozy less like I’m in science class“
