“Love this place! Got coffee here over a decade ago when it was "Coffee Brake" and the new owner let me know she had bought from that family, and had been running it ever since. Family owned, great customer service, and top-notch Dirty Chai Lattes. Support small businesses, not the union busting corporation down the street ✊“
“As a nice hangover treat, I DoorDashed everbowl. I'm not usually a matcha girl but for some reason it sounded good so I ordered a build your own with matcha and coco base. Since I don't usually like matcha, it makes sense why I wasn't crazy about this base but the coco was AMAZING. The coco base tasted like coconut ice cream. Plus agave and almond butter is always a great combo. What really got me was the everwich sandwich. It's chocolate açaí in between two vegan cookies and tasted like a chocolate ice cream sandwich. If you're lactose intolerant and want an ice cream sandwich please go try this“
“3/11/23 - went there with a party of 3. Everyone ordered the peach pleasure which always tastes refreshing. There was no line! We ordered at 2:15 and at 2:20 we were out with the drinks. Total of 4 stars. There was no tables or seats to sit in and enjoy the drinks inside. So you have to take it away to enjoy it.“
“The fact that it’s a minute walk from me!! Got the peanut butter brew and an avocado toast order. Everything was fresh and delicious! Thought it was a little overpriced at first but it was well worth it. Ingredients are organic and healthy.“
“Natalie hand crafted an "off with your heads" (double caffeine) coconut iced coffee that was awesome! Starbucks, take a hike, so glad teachers in the area have this spot to lean on. Super convenient drive through, great prices and responsive service. Made my day!“
“Frutti Mas is such a hidden jem! Whenever I come to town my family and I go and pick up my favorites. They are so welcoming and friendly and go above and beyond in giving the best service. “AMAZING!! My husband and I went to San Diego for a quick getaway and wanted to try Chiefy Cafe based on the reviews. We were so glad we did as the coffee and food is Amazing! We ordered the Open Mind Fat Burner, Mexicano Latte, Acai Bowl, and Turkey Bacon Avocado Croissant. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious - we wanted to savor every bite!! The staff is so friendly and Camile customized the Turkey Bacon Avo without the bread for me, as I am gluten free. We only had 2 days left in SD and went back to Chiefy Cafe and ordered the same thing each day. Camile & Larissa assisted us and were awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHIEFY CAFE!!“
“I LOVE acai bowls and was pleasantly surprised by Northside Shack's variety of toppings. The bowls are expensive, as many are these days, but the large ($17) was great to share between two people. You can have as many bases (acai, pitaya, or coconut) as you'd like with unlimited toppings. There are some additional toppings available for a cost, and adding peanut butter for $2 was very worthwhile. Peanut butter complements the fruit so well and there was plenty in the bowl. There was a bit of a wait as the bases may be blended fresh and it was busy on a weekend around noon. There aren't any tables but a few benches and chairs outside the shop. The North Park Mini Park is a couple blocks away if you're looking for a picnic table. They gave us a plate with our to-go packaged bowl which really helped catch the many toppings piled on top of the large bowl.“
“If you’re looking for coffee that is worth driving 355 miles for, then here it is! I live in Phoenix, AZ and will find any excuse to get this coffee (even begging friends and family to pick it up for me, while on vacation). In all seriousness, I love the unique and robust flavors from their Corner Grogg beans. I love coffee and pride myself on only trying local spots when traveling, this is by far, my favorite coffee!“
