The Chef at the joint has been breaking new ground in aged fish. Aging fish gives it new/different flavors profiles and was a great experience in getting to try all the new work being done to create something new. The fish and hand rolls were great. I ate las much as I could and tried as much as possible. It was a great experience and tasting.
UDATE:Since the pandemic they pretty much had stopped being a restaurant, on top of being a great coffee spot and the best seafood place in LA (in my opinion).
