“Delish ramen! I've been here twice and both times the food was great. The presentation of their dishes are very unique. The toppings are fresh! I've had the ox spicy miso and regular and both were yummy. The spicy was SPICY and I like spice. We had the baby octopus for an appetizer and they were great. The food has been consistent both times I've been. The flavors and toppings are unique. I love this place when I'm in the mood for ramen!“

“Ramen connoisseur that’s been to Japan and traveling around US. Focusing on Ventura I’m stuck between Hoshi Ramen and Kansui.Kansui has better Egg and stable broth.Hoshi Ramen has better broth/character (extra egg too).Both are fantastic options and recommend going back and forth because both provide different experiences.Atmosphere in Kansui nicer while Hoshi more hole in the wall but hole wall feels more homely. (Preference)I’ve been trying both for the last 4 months before this review. I just really love ramen and want to give my thoughts on who has best ramen in the area. Both are top notch but provide different experiences, I prefer hoshi cause broth more defined but damn Kansui egg easily the best very impressed.I wrote this review on my 3rd visit, each time ramen was great quality“
“Excellent food, great Variety, and amazing service.It's a little hole-in-the-wall place, but those are often the best places (and this one most definitely was).My only regret is not having enough stomach capacity to try everything on the menu.You'll certainly find rolls here that you won't find elsewhere. And Shirley Temples too! ^_^“
“Annalie was our waitress. She served us well and made great recommendations. The melon soda was super delicious! To eat, We ordered 3 ramen and 1 teriyaki. The teriyaki chicken was delicious! My daughters loved the ramen. I ordered extra spicy and it was perfection to my taste buds.The atmosphere was blah…I rated the atmosphere 2 stars. The place smelled like sewage. “We find ourselves coming back time and time again. The Ramen is delicious, the best in the area, by far, and the staff are super friendly plus provide great service. They also did a great job making it feel cozy with their decor and lighting. Love this spot and will keep returning for each Ramen fix.“
“Lovely restaurant that is very clean. Our hostess was very kind and quick with our orders. The food was delightful! My husband and I ordered the spicy ramen and shared a tiger roll. Everything was quick and delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well. We will be returning.“
