Beers are available in 16oz, 12oz, and 5oz pours.Ambiance: multiple TV’s with the warriors game and other local sports were on. Great side patio for the dogs. Plenty of room for about 12 other patrons to spread out.Service: the Beer-tender Jay was amazing. He explained which beers were available and grabbed water bowls for our dogs. He was a class act and yet another reason why we will be back soon to try all of the beers.“

I first tried their IPAs at Paulista's Brazilian taproom(highly recommend), where they have a rotating selection on draft that can compete with brews from anywhere. The tropical, citrusy hop flavors of their West Coast-style IPAs are perfectly balanced and go down smooth. Beyond the beer, they have a pizza pop-up out front that's worth checking out. “Great beer and wonderful staff. One of the best games to play is when you're in the bathroom and there happens to be someone in the stall keeping really quiet until you leave. When you've done you're thing and you're on your way out pretend to leave. Open the door and close it again. That person in the stall will think you've left and they'll let it rip. Most people will have been holding it back, probably gripping the sides of the toilet, waiting for you to leave and when its released it'll make a hell of a noise. You can then laugh all the way back to your beer knowing that you caught them at their most vulnerable. Sometimes I just make the fart noise and then leave. It's up to you how you play it.“

The winter warmer double Amber is season but worth the follow up next winter but opens curiosity of what other seasons have in store.“

Great atmosphere, friendly bartenders who were on the ball on service even during a crowded night with 49’ers in playoffs. Tasty guacamole & chips were satisfying to balance the beer. Other items in Mexican pop-up stand seemed very popular (quesadillas). Plenty of TV’s, clean bathroom, not difficult to find parking, great vibe - would come back here anytime! Only downside was they didn’t have the tshirts we wanted in L size. Next time!“
“My favorite brewery in Oakland and it’s not even close. Large and diverse selection of beers such as IPA’s, malty ( schwarzbier, dopplebock, brown ale, etc), and light beers. the inside can be kind of tight but they have plenty of outdoor seating and the upstairs which has more seating and an entertainment area for kids. The customer service and the owners are always good people and there is food trucks always outside when I’m there which are quality as well.The only thing I can recommend is to watch your cars in the area. It’s still Oakland but I have yet to see a break in of my car or others but I would take valuables out. Other then that come visit this brewery, enjoy the amazing beers and good people.“
“I went for an afternoon stroll with my husband and he picked this place. He had a seafood soup and I had the Dungeness crab roll. I think these dishes were some of the priciest ones in the menu so I was sad to see the Dungeness crab roll sitting there by itself with a side of lemon wedge. The roll was absolutely delicious. But really not even a side of locally sourced chips with the crab roll that cost $24? The seafood soup was also amazing and $24.I am not going to take away any stars for that because it is an establishment I would visit again. I love the food the ambiance and the service.“

“Nice little winery/brewery just a few blocks from the beach! They serve up their own beers and natural wines, and empanadas in partnership with el porteno. We came to cool off with a refreshing drink after a walk along the Great Highway. They had bar seating indoors, a parklet in the front, and then some bench seating around a fireplace in the back. We opted to sit in the back and enjoyed what felt like a small private backyard. I didn't know the wines were natural when I heard about this place, but based on their uniqueness and funk, you can definitely tell they're natural upon first sip. Not a bad thing, just don't expect your typical glass of wine here. I wasn't in a natural wine mood, so I ended up getting their hazy IPA and my boyfriend their retro pilsner. We both liked our beers and enjoyed hanging out outside. Honestly the highlight here was the empanadas. I'm not always a huge empanada girl, but these were so damn good. We got a mushroom and ham & cheese to share and both were fantastic. The mushroom one was juicy and full of flavor, and the ham & cheese was well balanced with the richness from the cheese and the saltiness from the ham, which to my surprise an delight was prosciutto (clearly I didn't read the menu well). Would come back here again for a post-walk bite and beer, and maybe a glass of wine if I were in the mood for something natural!“

“This Hidden Gem of a place surprised the heck out of me! As soon as I came in I was greeted by the bartender Crystal who was fantastic and just started a week ago and extremely personable. Ordering was very simple right from your table using a QR code food and beer came out almost as soon as it got off the grill and the beers were unique and tasty there's a lot to choose from here. I had the fish and tots fish had a great taste to it with the right amount of spice on the batter the tops were delicious and come strongly recommended. I tried a few beers and no I'll be back to try more. Highly recommend this place especially if you want to enjoy outside Ambiance close to the water! Came here on a Sunday afternoon. There were seats available but definitely started to fill up. First thing that I noticed was the music was a tad loud. They had several TVs showing various games. (This place gets busy especially when Bay Area teams are playing.) There were a couple of big groups including a birthday party upstairs.I ordered the fish and chips. It was good but it was not as big as I had expected.“

It's a great spot for a super low key evening as there is standup comedy outside when the weather is warmer or in the distillery on select nights.I've been to both spaces and it's fun, depending on the luck of the draw of comedians. The bar area can get hot and stuffy pretty fast when there's a lot of people.Note the distillery for standup is quiet and energy can be low in the evenings since there are only string lights and no music. One comedian described it as "a group gathering in the dark waiting for a vigil to a tragedy" LOL“

“We've been here a few times now. Not a big beer person but the staff are good at helping us find something that works. I've had sausages here a couple times and they were always delicious. This time we were a little puzzled because there were sausages that we wanted that didn't come with buns and the staff pointed that out. But in the end we got one sausage with a bun in the other without so we were a little unclear on that. Only other downside is the loud music. I think that perhaps the corner by the bathroom may not have speakers, but I'm not sure. Next time I'll try that out. They're trying to create vibes with music so I get it, about sometimes you just want to have a quiet meal especially in the early evening. Overall worth a visit now and then for delicious beer and sausage.“
