Customer service is mediocre at best. For me bread was really delicious. Overall, the sandwich was good. I got a turkey sandwich with everything on the ciabatta bread. Don't expect amazing customer service here.
Got word to try Teani's since we liked their sister company Little Lucca's. We got to Teani's after the lunch rush with no line. Unfortunately that's where the luck stopped. The lady behind the counter was unpleasant and unaccommodating taking our order. We requested a hot pastrami on sweet soft roll and NOT toasted. You can't go wrong with Teanis! In my honest opinion these sandwiches are far much better than little Luca. The service is always quick but thoughtful. Although they are always busy I receive my food in a timely manner. I also enjoy that this is a small business & the home feeling the shop's decor brings. These sandwiches are ginormous and one sandwich can easily feed 2-3 people. I always have two meals out of one sandwich.
