Took a vegetarian friend for her birthday and had a wonderful meal. we started with the Winter Chicory Salad and an order of the Petite Rye & Smetana Butter--the salad hit all the right notes with it's citrus-y dressing; the home-made rye bread was great (the smetana butter could have had a bit less salt...) Then we had the Crispy Zrazi--this wonderful potato/lentil dish stole the show! The Wild Mushroom Stroganoff was delicious (and so rich, I would suggest sharing...). “I like saucy pizza, which is why I like Heshers. We were first introduced to the pizza when we used to come to crooked city cider. Now heshers has taken over the whole building in a prime area of Jack London Square. We came at opening time, 12 PM on a rainy Saturday for a friends birthday. Because it is a rainy weekend we had to change our outdoor plans and this is a great location for a large group with dogs who can hang out indoors. Also great because you order at the counter and don't have to deal with a group check mess. We ordered our drinks at the counter, and some people who were able to try small tastings if they were unsure of what to order. Pizza was ordered at the window in the corner and brought out to us according to our numbers. The staff was accommodating to our large group, and we were the only ones there until a Meetup took over the other half of the restaurant with their boardgames. There are also tons of boardgames in the cabinet that you can play and pinball machines in their own separate area, along with the pool table. Great place to keep entertained while enjoying your pizza, beer, wine, cider, kombucha, or nonalcoholic beverage. There is a water station right behind the cashier. There are two unisex restrooms, straight back. They have the little locks that tell you if they are in use or vacant, which is very helpful. They also do some heavy metal concerts here, which my husband was very excited about when he saw the listings for them. While we were there, the music was not very loud so we were able to chat freely. There are metered parking, free parking streets, or it is a walk down from 12th St. BART. They used to have a free Broadway shuttle, I'm not sure if that's still exists Join their social media pages and you'll be informed of special events, concerts, trivia, bingo, and what not. Our vegan friend is very happy that they have a vegan pizza option here. There is something for everyone! You can help bus your tables by taking empty glasses to the front and the rest of the trash area. There are benches in the front that you can hang out at if it's a nice day out.“

Without the extra ingredients added, it was a little plain and just a classic cluckwich. We didn't even have time to get a refund or anything.Other than that, taste-wise the food was good. “I love this Palmetto location. It's super close to a few workout studios and is the perfect post-gym snack! I never craved acai bowls unless I was in Hawaii, but that mindset changed when I came across Palmetto. I believe they plan on expanding rapidly in the coming years, so hopefully quality stays the same. The Burlingame location is my go to as it's pretty close to home and convenient to get to. I would recommend order via the app because there's only one self-order kiosk in the store and it can take a while if it's busy. The only downfall is that you can't access some discounts (primarily the healthcare worker discount) via the app. My orders have always been ready on time...but communication can be a little hit or miss at this store. I recently had a mishap with the app and popped in prior to my workout/an hour before my pick-up time to ensure that the correct order got made. I spoke with one employee who assured me that she would convey the message. When I returned to pick up the mobile order, I decided to check my bowls prior to leaving to make sure that the mistake was corrected. Thankfully I did because I found out that message did not get passed on as promised.“

“Glad we walked all the way to the end of the terminal to try Mama Go's Filipino Cuisine because it was delicious. They had a line but it moved relatively quick and we weren't in a rush. Service is so kind and generous. It gave off a homey vibe and they had some authentic class Filipino dishes which is a plus. Price was on the higher side but it is the airport. The garlic rice was fantastic and went well with the chicken adobo. The entree also came with a side dish, which is a great selection.“

The onion rings were cooked to perfection, and the Spicy Stacked Chicken sandwich was perfect and enough for two servings. I am already anticipating my visit. “My friend and I had dinner at Twelvemonth last night and it was an amazing experience! There are several parking lots in the downtown area, as well as street parking. The theming and decor here is so cute and would be great for a date night! We sat inside next to a big tree, and the whole vibe inside was amazing and felt upscale. I can't wait to come back here during the warmer weather and sit outside! They also have a bakehouse around the corner, but I don't believe it was open when we went around dinnertime. Everything here is vegan, and although I'm not vegan, I truly did not miss the meat at all and thought all of the food we tried was flavorful and delicious! We started with the crispy maitake mushrooms, which were so chewy, crispy, and flavorful! They had hot nash seasoning, pickles, and whipped ranch, and they came with a delicious dipping sauce which was equally as yummy. I had the Winter Chopped Salad as my entree, but I asked for feta instead of the blue cheese. It was such a delicious salad that I'd definitely order again, but I'd probably pair it with another entree, as I was still a little hungry afterwards. I also had the Windfall mocktail which was refreshing and light! I really enjoyed it. My friend ordered the spaghetti and a glass of wine and enjoyed them both! The servers were very attentive and our water glasses were never empty. They also answered any questions we had and were very friendly! Side note- the restrooms are also so cool here! I recommend checking them out! (I didn't take any pictures but they are so cute and very clean!) I never though I'd drive out of my way to go to a vegan resturant, but I'd do it again! “Came here an hour before closing and I needed something with turmeric. They had 2 turmeric options : orange turmeric and mango turmeric. I opted for the mango turmeric. $7.70 total after tax and tip. The juice tasted good but was watered down. I've tried most of their juices and this was the most watery. I was in and out very quickly. Can be a little slow though since they stagger the order taking and there's a little cooking backlog, but guess that's just a testament of how fresh-to-order everything is. Cajun Crunch Wrap Supreme w/ Vegan Lamb: I can't believe this is vegan! It tastes just like Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell. Except maybe better thanks to the creamy sauces drizzled on top. Especially loved the crispy seared tortilla against the smoky ground "lamb". And it's very filling, like I went to lunch hungry and felt quite full after just this. Every single bite was full of such wonderful flavor.Korean "Beef" Bowl: Lion's Mane Mushrooms are used as the "Beef" and are packed with great marinade and umami flavor. Though the texture is still like cooked mushroom, so not as beefy as real beef or even fake meat and there's a general feeling that's there's little-to-no protein. The garlic noodles were so flavorful, definitely a ton of garlic. The thick udon-like shape was an interesting choice and worked well for a hearty chew. I liked that there was some grilled squash and red cabbage for veggie contrast, but not a huge portion so not to overwhelm the noodles. Everything together tasted great, though seemed a bit high in sodium.“
“I went here after trying a "low glycemic" cleanse at Urban Remedy, which was an overpriced, disgusting mistake. I'm new to juice cleanses this year and can't claim to love them. The Pressed ones at least taste a lot better, especially the Blue Horchata, Vanilla Almond milk, Citrus 3 and Roots 3. Cleanses are good ways to curb eating habits after consuming only liquids for 1-3 days, but they certainly do not elevate my mood or make my skin glow. A friend of mine noted just how freaking out of it I was on day two. I like "Pressed" though because not only does delivery work a lot like ordering a meal, but they're priced quite affordably in the realm of juice cleanses, and many bottles are available at various grocery stores if you want to get an extra juice or two.“

“While we were finishing dinner i was making another reservation to bring friends from out of town later in the week - that's how much I liked my first visit to Twelvemonth. After sharing a starter and a dessert and each enjoying a main course and their incredibly good bread, we were comfortably fed. We would happily order the carrot curry and the pasta with winter squash and pepper sauce again. I'm a fan of fried mushrooms, and I think the fried maitake were the best i've ever eaten. We nearly skipped dessert but i'm so glad we didn't. We shared the sticky toffee pudding, which was more of a loaf cake and not all that sticky, but the flavor of the dish (with optional soft serve) was sublime. Menu includes a thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic cocktails. The smoky, slightly bitter Mas O Menos with grapefruit and rosemary was perfect for someone who doesn't care for sweet cocktails. Pleasant, skillful service. The crowd was all adults, couples and groups of friends. I saw no children in the dining room at 7:30 on a Saturday and no children's menu. Which is not to say children wouldn't be welcome but I think only the adventuresome eaters would be comfortable.“
“Wish we lived closer to come by more often but used to be a regular when I lived here years ago, came by again recently and happy to report it's still going well. Some of my favorites are the gazpacho, pesto pizza, nori roll, chia pudding and the chocolate cake (YUM!). There's parking right across, you better pick up early because they do run out so then you'll be left to choose from what's there. It is on the more expensive side but the ingredients are really fresh and you feel good after eating it. Really shows how much other restaurants compromise on fresh ingredients I suppose.
