I won’t lie, I typically go into sit-down Mexican restaurants for the chips and salsa.. I mean don’t we all? They had okay chips and salsa—nothing special and the chips weren’t warm. The rice and beans were typical, but the beef flautas were good! I loved the way they were fried. It was a good place to stop during a long drive.
Update: Monday, December 18, 2023 PMWe are here probably 2 to 3 times a week. We enjoy the food. The servers are awesome!We know what to order and what we can expect.Tonight I tried something different with the grilled chicken salad. It was very good. Thousand Island dressing is good.My son ordered his two enchiladas…this time with grilled chicken and only the light gravy. I can’t rate atmosphere due to the fact that it was door dash. But I have been there and it’s great place. We ordered DoorDash and food came hot and delicious hence the 20 min drive for dasher. Best Mexican I have ordered on DoorDash. The food was perfect and just silence when eating that’s how you know it’s good.
