I am rooting for this local business as they deserve all the support they can get. I ordered two items off their limited menu: fried chicken sandwich and fried chicken loaded fries. I thought the crispiness of the chicken was absolutely perfect; however, I did think the chicken meat itself lacked a lot of flavor. Deceptively good chicken sandwich. No muss no fuss all buisness. Just a thick piece of chicken with an extra crunchy fried finish, topped with spicy mayo on buns. Straight to the point delicious.
My husband and I had been seeing Eat at Clark's on Facebook, and the photos of the pulled pork looked so delicious, so we had to go try it out! My husband got the pulled pork sandwich and I got the pulled pork fries. The food was so delicious. The pork was juicy and perfectly cooked.
