“Wetzel's Pretzel is one of my son's favorite places to stop when at the mall or in this case on Hollywood Blvd. It was a hot Sunday so when we saw the location while walking we had to stop. The location is small sized with not tables for sitting. Just like in the mall it's a snack food meant to purchase and leave with. Staff was courteous and gave my son water and a refill in the 10 minutes we were there. Prices are reasonable under $10 for one person (drink / pretzel). My son's absolute favorite pretzel is pepperoni. It is quite tasty. The lemonade is nothing special but their pretzel's are good. I personally like the cinnamon one which is sweet. I really appreciate the location of this place. For those in the area visiting a nearby attraction it's a great place to retreat for a quick snack.“
“This place always hits the spot! We tried their mini pigs in a blanket with cheese and loved them!! This location is always consistent and really quick. They had quite a line on Black Friday and I was surprised how quickly we got through it. I'm really picky about my lemonades, but I was pleasantly surprised with their strawberry lemonade, it didn't not have that artificial taste at all.“
“I have to give 5 stars because of the customer service here. It was my bf's birthday so we were looking forward to getting his free birthday pretzel however it wasn't showing up on our app to redeem. When we told the employee Rico this, he automatically said "it's okay! I'll just honor it for you" with such a big smile on his face. He even willingly added a dipping sauce when he didn't have to so that was super sweet. Highly recommend the sweet almond pretzel with caramel sauce. The pretzel was the perfect chewiness and sweetness & was complemented so well by the sauce!“
“I enjoy Wetzel's Pretzels and order Cinnamon Bites, Pretzel Dogs, or regular pretzel. +Almond Pretzel = 4/5 First time trying. I think these are the best pretzels they have beside the cinnamon. I watched the person prepare it and they take the pretzel, dip it in butter, then coat it with almond cinnamony flake dust. It has a a buttery/ caramel taste when you bite into it and the almond is surprisingly tasty. Try Pretzel Dog with Caramel (surprisingly really good) Try their cinnamon bites 4/5 because I noticed through the glass screen they don't fill up enough pretzels in the bags and they didn't look that great. They were deformed so the technique to making these need some work.“
“I personally have not visited this location in person, but have on numerous occasions ordered for delivery. So please note that my review is for online ordering. I said numerous occasions with the most recent one today 2/7/23 and they have always delivered fresh, pretzels. My go to are the cinnamon bites, they are just the perfect size to share with your bestie or if you are like me- save half for later ha! I have also ordered the pizza pretzels and today I went with the cheesy dog bites. The staff is very accurate in sending exactly what it's purchase so if you add a sauce or cheese dip on the side I know I will get it. Another thing to mention is the safety they take on delivery orders. My bag was secured by staples so I know no hands touched my food in the process. I am satisfied and recommend this location!“
“It has been years since I had a pretzel so I decided to get one while I was returning stuff at the Glendale Galleria. Pretzels are still as good as I remember from years ago. Definitely brings back so many childhood mall memories. There was a bit of a line when I arrived but it moved very fast even when there was only one person working the stand. Service was really good and efficient. This stand was in the middle of the mall near the food court and it was a little hectic with the foot traffic but overall solid pretzel spot. You really can't not stop by if you get a whiff of these buttery warm pretzels! Definitely a must!“
“I have been to this store a few times now. Never have to wait in long line. I guess because there are so many shops to choose from, spread out the crowd. All their pretzels are made from scratch. So fresh, warm & delicious. I love my plain pretzels with many different kind of dipping sauces!“
“Cute outdoor kiosk with outdoor seating near the fountain. Located in the outdoor section of the Glendale Galleria. Kids had fun enjoying their warm pretzels, listening to the music, and watching the fountain. The pretzels were quite pricey!“
“I made a last minute order for pretzels for my wedding dinner "after party" and West Coast Pretzels totally made it happen. I was able to make my order online, arrange for delivery to our hotel suite and have the pretzels delivered right on schedule. Kevin was amazing to work with and totally made the process easy. Now about those pretzels -- simply delicious! We ordered an assortment and we were not disappointed. They were fine at room temperature which was great since we did not have a way to heat them up. They were still soft and yummy the morning after (and yes, they were good as a morning after, pre-breakfast snack). Thank you WC Pretzels for coming through for our event and for providing delicious soft pretzels.“
