“Sushi is so good and fresh. And thr ice cream so good specially the lychee sorbet”
“It was our first time at Mona's Kitchen and we are so coming back. Incredible quality and selection of food. Friendly service, affordable. 5 stars!”
“Masa-san serves chef's choice, and the food is fresh and delicious. Eating here is an extremely delightful experience. The sweet shrimp with eggs is one of my favorites. Always finish your meal with at least 1 (maybe 2 or ...) of his blue crab rolls. The crab is carefully hand-pulled, the rice is warm, and the seaweed is crisp. You won't find that combination of quality and easy dining experience anywhere else in the Valley. Please try it!”

“Food was nice and the atmosphere was great. The DJ was good. We loved the vibe. Drinks were nice too. We loved the passion fruit one. Jacob helped me with choosing options from the menu that were compatible with my food allergy. He was meticulous to make sure everything goes smoothly and safely. We absolutely loved the Arais. This is a good spot for dates and gatherings. Will be back :)”
Restaurants with Delivery
“This is an unforgivably overdue review and for that, I must apologize. My daughter and I eat at Agra Tandoori on average of once or twice a week -- and order for pickup or delivery at least once or twice a week more. Here in the San Fernando Valley, we are blessed with an absolute embarrassment of riches when it comes to Indian cuisine... and so many of the establishments are quite good. But there is simply none better than Agra Tandoori.
What sets them apart isn't simply their cuisine; it's their level of service as well. They want every customer, whether a regular or new, to have an enriching experience. The atmosphere is both calming and inviting, and everyone is welcomed in with warmth and appreciation. (And they are wished farewell in the same fashion when leaving.) This is an establishment which appreciates and values its clientele.
As for my daughter and myself -- and all of the family, friends, and clients we bring there as well -- we are treated like we family. Azim takes great pride in her restaurant, the food they serve, and her staff... and she truly knows her "regulars." We've all seen those restaurant owners who walk around greeting their customers, but this is different. Azim doesn't simply greet, she visits. She checks in with us, chats with my daughter as if she is her granddaughter, and swaps stories with us about what's going on in our lives. She's not just a restaurant owner or manager. After all these years, she's a friend.
And of course, the food. Azim loves to talk about the food. (And we love to eat it!) My daughter has a regular standard order that she wants every time -- Paneer Masala (simply magnificent!), garlic basil naan, and rice -- and Azim records it with a smile and a little tease, telling my daughter rather than asking. As for me, while I have my few favorites, every so often I like to trip Azim up and order something different. Everything on the menu is wonderful, whether it's one of the standards like chicken tikka masala, tandoori, biryani, etc., or something off of the beaten path. You simply cannot go wrong, no matter what you order at Agra Tandoori. The ingredients they use are all top-grade. The lamb is succulent, the spinach is fresh, the lentils are delicate, and the sauces are all rich and decadent. The chai tea, iced or hot, is delightfully satisfying. Oh, and for those it matters to, everything is certified halal.
The next time you are craving Indian food, come to Agra Tandoori. I promise you won't be sorry. And I'm fairly certain you'll be back.”
“One of the most light-filled coffee shops in the Valley with the happiest team of baristas I have ever encountered. The range of seating arrangements makes this my favorite place to get work done when I want to take a break from working from home. My go-to drinks are the hot chocolate and the red velvet lattes! 100/10, highly recommend 😊”

“Ah... The Maui Sugar Mill, in Tarzana, Ca.
I've been going to this venue on Monday nights for live music, mostly blues, for 17 years. All ages attend, and the atmosphere is chill very rare to see any issues there.
It never gets old! The fun never stops. I always have a great time, and the people (some I've seen or known for years) in attendance are fun and lively.
The first show, usually a local band, starts at 8pm.
The main event begins around 9pm and goes on until about 11pm.
Artists and bands, some famous (from all over the globe), perform here. Joe Bonamassa was just there performing. However, I believe tickets were sold for that event due to his popularity in the music world.
From about 11pm until close (around 1:30-1:45am), there is an open jam (featuring musicians and singers from all backgrounds) run by bassist Michael B. Bolden. Michael has played with many famous artists and is famous in his own rite!
During the open jam, you'll see all sorts of musicians get pared together and play and sing some amazing music.
It's certainly a treat, I often stay for this entertaining and interesting part of the evening!
The whole nights events are brought to you and run by a local promoter and blues guitarist Cadillac Zack. He's amazing and wonderful! Don't forget to get on his mailing list to be informed of upcoming events.
It's free to get in!
However, there is a two drink minimum. The bartenders render service with a smile, and they never pressure you. A voluntary contribution is asked for and collected by Cadillac Zack to pay the perfoemers sometime during the show.
No worries, though! You will get much more (amazing artists, entertainment, and people) out of it than what you put into the donation pot. Heck, you may become a regular like many of us!
Note: It gets pretty full, but you can reserve a table or seat for a fee (Contact Cadillac Zack, he's on Facebook) for more info.
Oh! One more thing! If you get hungry, the restaurant next door serves food until 10 pm. You can order right from where you are, and they'll deliver it right to you.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair friendly but gets pretty packed.”
“Been twice now. I have almost 2 decades experience in the bar industry. It's food was limited but pretty good, which is why I went back. The drinks are on the pricey side. Experienced 1 good bartender, a guy. Another decent bartender, female. 1 bartender I would just walk out if they were working, a female. Neither time was busy or anything really there to bring people in, n art class one night. NFL football another night, and the football game was on only 1 a small TV in the corner away from the bar. This bar has much more potential, but it's ok. There's a lot I would do different.”
“If you enjoy Sushi as an art and experience, this is the spot for you. Miho has the freshest, most tender fish I’ve ever eaten. The red snapper carpaccio is packed with a little perfect punch of flavor. The maguro tataki roll brings it all together with amazing texture and flavor. This is the best sushi spot in LA, for those who are looking to enjoy fish instead of posting their meal on their instagram story. The atmosphere is intimate and vibrant and you’ll leave with a smile on your face:) (much much much better as a dine-in experience than delivery.) it’s worth the visit and it’s worth your money.”
“I love Sushi.. what else do you say if you are a fan like us. This place is a local treasure. You can taste how fresh the fish is. And there are local items not on the menu, ask for the Armenian roll with the sauce on the side.”
“The restaurant needs some sound asorbing materials so the restaurant is not so noisy. I would like to be able to talk to my partner during g dinner.
Parking: The city needs to limit paid street parking to 6PM. So diners don't have to eat in a hurry to meet the 1 hour parking limit”

“Store #1100263. Sometimes you can just tell when people work hard and go above and beyond what is being asked of them. I had that impression today of Jasmine. If Jasmine is a manager, she needs a raise. If Jasmine is not a manager, she needs to be one. She ran the front and the drive thru line by herself, and still able to tend to the customers requests. If I owned a franchise I would want her leading my team.”
“Just love this place I go to in Tarzana and the one in Thousand Oaks. They both great food is delicious. Always hot. Great customer service I must try.”
“Good food … we go there a lot … garlic bread, Italian food. I love the turkey and provolone salad.”

“Ordered the original and sauce combo. Price point was fair. The boneless pieces were the issue, some came a little dry, and saucing consistency was a little uneven. There’s some latitude, given this was a pick up. Pick up was a little slower but not by much. The service area a little marred by the homeless pop around.”
“Had a great experience this morning !
I was in the neighborhood and smelled the fresh baked aroma and had to stop it. The clerk at the register was very polite and helpful ! I ordered goodies for the whole family to try !
We tried plenty but my favorite was the tiramisu cake and the crème brûlée ! We also enjoyed the freshly made cannolis and the baked walnut orange loaf !”

“????Pho So1
I recently visited Pho So1 first time in this location in Tarzana, and I had an excellent experience! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the customer service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious—definitely a must-try for anyone who loves Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend!”
“Food was great. Sushi can be received quickly as it's made right in front of you. Other dishes take some time. When I went, it took a while to have someone take my non sushi order. One of the men making sushi helped me by notifying a waitress who took my order from across the room but not directly from me. I needed to modify my order due to an allergy so I had to wait and ask someone else. Little frustrating but it turned out okay.
Dietary restrictions: Food may be modified but you have to be patient.”

“Consistency for 25+ years. The food has all the flavors w zero short cuts. Fresh made to order. Giant portions served family style. Delicious mouth watering tender chicken with a saffron pillow rice. What else can you ask for?
Try the best in west valley. Try orchid kabob. Tell them Paul sent you 😊”
“I have been to just about every teriyaki chicken bowl place from here to Portland and this is by far the best. If you've ever seen the anime food wars every bite is like the scenes when one of the judges takes a bite of the dish and they nut so hard there clothes explode off of them. Also they price is insane for how good it is. I love this place and make sure to get it as much as possible whenever I'm in the la area”
“I have known "Unique Pastry Bakery" for over 22 years I always came out satisfied with dessert and challahs that scooped compliments around the table on Saturday nights and holidays. From an amazingly fresh and delicious breakfast to beautifully crafted wedding cakes. Irit Stein, well done אני מכיר את "Unique Pastry Bakery" למעלה מ 22 שנה תמיד יצאתי מרוצה עם קינוח וחלות שגרפו מחמאות מסביב לשולחן בערב שבת ובחגים. מארוחת בוקר טרייה מדהימה וטעימה ועד לעוגות חתונות מעוצבות להפליא. אירית, כל הכבוד”
“Oh Starbucks, what can I say? You make my day better when I am rushing to get to work and couldn't make a coffee at home myself. Today I decided to stop by the Starbucks on the corner of Victory Blvd and Reseda. I ordered my usual order which is a Venti vanilla cream cold brew with no ice, 2% milk and extra vanilla sweet cream. I order through the app always and pick it up through the drive-through. Today, they handed me my coffee and I drove off and then didn't realize until I was away from the location that the coffee wasn't tasting right. I decided to go back and ask if they can remake it to tell them the issue that I had with it and the lady behind the counter said "sure no problem." They made it for me right away and the second time around it was perfection. It's exactly what I wanted. They are super nice here and provide good customer service just like any Starbucks does with a smile on their face which brightens up my day always. Ambience in this location is very nice and welcoming and today was actually the first time that I've stepped foot in the store because I normally go through the drive-through. They had a lot of chairs and tables for people to sit at relax to drink their coffee or tea and talk or do some work on the go. They have some tables and chairs outside with umbrellas for people who wanted to sit outside as well. The only problem with this location is the small parking lot, but besides that everything else is amazing. I definitely recommend this Starbucks location for the ease of where it's located on 2 major streets, which is Victory Blvd and Reseda. I will be returning again as this is my local Starbucks close to my work.”
“It was very poor customer service because both the Manager and a lady in a pink blouse attended to her co-worker but left me standing waiting for more than 20 minutes until finally someone came up to tell me that I had to ask for the machine I understand that you have to adapt to technology but in my family I have a member whose food has to be ordered differently so I ask someone to assist me so the service in this place needs more staff and more customer service”
“Best place to take ur family for dinner the staff is super friendly love them and the pizza i do recommend the gourment veggie pizza its delicious and thats the only one i order too... keep up the good work there guys ”
“I recently visited this Russian food restaurant and was blown away by the incredible flavors and variety of dishes available. From classic dishes like borscht and beef stroganoff to more unique offerings like pelmeni and blini, every bite was bursting with authentic Russian flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I can't wait to go back and try more!”

“Very interesting set up. They are primarily set up to cater for delivery and to-go orders. However you can order and then go sit at Grecko's pizzeria which is next door. The staff are super nice and the food is excellent. Although the menu is limited and it's mostly burritos and tacos. I'd definitely recommend it.”
“I Always Make Sure To Get My Pre-Hospital Shift Venti Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte With The Lavender Sweet Cream Cold Foam And My Chocolate Brownie Not Warmed Up For Breakfast Every Single Tuesday Morning! The Staff Is Always Super Caring, Super Sweet, And Always Talking To Me And Engage In Conversations With Me And They All Know my name by heart and are always Happy And Smiling And Waiting To Welcome You Once You Walk In:)”
“First time trying this for delivery. Our order was done exactly how we asked and super fast too. If you like grilled onion on your burger like i do...hold onto your hat because these were not just grilled but carmelized to perfection. And the butter cake...holy moly...move over cannolis cause you've been replaced with this as my new favorite dessert! I cried tears of gourmet joy while I ate”
“Came in for the first time and was attended by Lupe my sandwich artists. He was very polite and he made my sandwich just the way I wanted it. Lupe is a great employee and the subway was very clean ! Thank you subway I will be back!
Parking: Not much parking but at least its free parking.”
“Definitely a place you have to sit down and eat
The hardshell tacos are definitely very good chili Reno burrito was OK. Could’ve been a little harder or cooked more. The chips and salsa are excellent. The taquitos were quite small. Overall, the taste was pretty damn good.”
“Much nicer than the IHOPs back in Houston where I’m from! Our server was very nice and attentive.
Dietary restrictions: Keep in mind that IHOP adds pancake mix to their scrambled eggs, and they will leave it out if you ask for “shell eggs”. They are always accommodating for substitutions, but be prepared for an extra fee depending on the substitute.”
“The best in LA try it today”
“I loved this place. Past tense. I regret to report that I dropped in tonight, as I have often done, to find it closed.
Signs on the door and door blocked off.
I hope they can return!”
