I wish I could give Gourmet Italia a good review, but our experience was beyond disappointing.
We arrived at 6:45 PM for our party of nine, and we were told that if we got there before 7:30 PM, we would be seated by 7:45 PM. Instead, we weren’t seated until 8:15 PM—an hour and a half after we arrived. There was no communication or apology for the delay, just excuse after excuse.

NOT family friendly. The food was good, but unfortunately we were unhappy with the atmosphere. As we were being escorted to our table, an older woman at the bar looked at my family and loudly said "oh kids" as she rolled her eyes. Not only that, but the owner or manager walked around greeting the customers at each table. He greeted every table except ours. He looked at our table and went to the next table beside us.
