Got the Chipotle BBQ Chicken Salad. Not very flavorful and there were too many of those thick romaine stems and not enough leafy parts. Taste like the whole salad came straight out of a bag. It seems like it used to taste better. Oh well, won't be getting that again.
Poor Service NOT the employees' fault, but service and operations really need to be revamped here. Uber and Grub pick up orders take up a lot of time and space and the long unidentified lines are horrible. Everyone orders and picks up it stands waiting in the deep tiny corner of the restaurant. Food is never ready on time when you pre-order, in fact, they don't cook the protein until you ge there and let them know you're waiting.
