This is the worst food service I ever had from Yoshinoya. To be fair, I am only comparing the Yoshinoya now to itself in the past months ago at this location. The rice was overly dry. The chicken was not crispy, but tough and chewy. The beef smelled a bit funky, probably from the onions. The portions were way too little, like it is shrinkflation to serve only almost half of what it used to be 3 months ago. My husband craves yoshinoya chicken teriyaki sometimes, I pick'em up for his lunch. Most of the big franchise fast food tastes same so I can't really rate on their food. However, I have to say their drive through service is pretty slow. I always see a car standing by order speaker, I have no clue why taking order takes long time, its not even like there's line of cars either. Have been to many other Yoshinoyas that will let you hold the rice but will not give you more veggies and then will still charge full price...
