One of my local favorite sushi restaurants in Turlock. Super fresh and a great selection of food. I enjoy the ambiance as well! Thank you for having such great service too.
Ordered through DoorDash and scheduled delivery ahead of time. Lady picking up our order waited almost an hour past scheduled time. Staff gave her attitude when she asked about when it would be ready. When we received our order- they gave us 2 orders of the appetizer we ordered instead of my husband’s dinner plate.
This is not the first time we have received poor service from Katana. We are done giving them chances. If you want sushi in Turlock go anywhere else.
Good lunch spot. We enjoyed our food. It was well prepared and had good flavor. I prefer my rolls warm or to have warm elements, such as unagi - but that might be a suggestion I'll make when I return. We had rolls and dumplings. Fresh and vibrant ingredients. It's a clean and well-designed space for a nice experience. I felt it was similar to a highly-rated sushi restaurant I recently visited in Sausalito. Sushi shouldn't be rushed.
