They are worthless and incompetent. I went through drive thru and had a big order. The fries were not ready and they asked me to park in front. They never brought out the fries. My good friend from elementary school turned 50 and I wanted to take him out. I offered him all varieties of foods and restaurants including pho, wings, Italian, steak, BBQ... Dude wanted Jollibees. Not only that, there's a Jollibees closer to his home in Milpitas, but instead, he drives out here to north Fremont to come to this one.
