Everyone eats what they want.Small flat on the prices which are higher than other Taco Bell. This is undoubtedly linked to the mass presence of tourists, the restaurant being in the Citywalk of Universal Studios.“
“Efficient and good service regarding getting out food the proper way for customers. Even with a line, several of the workers who work the night shift work their butts of to keep the line going. Not sure why there's reviews about "Asian Cuisine" etc. It's Panda Express... it should just taste like Panda Express. Again, workers here are well-trained and able to keep the line moving even when there's people that clog up the line but not knowing what they want. Coming from customer service , it's super easy to recognize when someone's working their hardest, and there were a couple Night Shift workers that did exactly that. Thank you.“

“The food is okay but the salsas are not too spicy.They need to do better tasty salsas.Service is not quite good , cashiers are never happy with their job, owners nee to pay them at least more or tell them the importance is to smile and give a good vibes.Atmosphere; is not too bad , besides that there's never parking lot and people are always in a hurry.The rest is good ?“
“For the price, you can't beat it...best bang for your buck and well worth it. Line seems big but goes quick. You might need to wait for 20ish mins for them to serve your food because of how busy it gets. This is a must if you are in California, and I recommend you even take a slight detour if you have to to try out the un n out. Also love yourself and get it animal style“
“The food is fresh and flavorful, I just personally prefer more veggies in my burger. It only has grilled onions and jalapeños as options. Would recommend to try it if you haven't but I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again. I still think In N Out and 5 Guys are better options.“

“I've been wanting to come here for the longest and I'm the only thing that makes me mad/sad is that I didn't visit sooner because WOW! Plenty of parking! Lots of seating, both indoor and outside. The entire place is clean and smells wonderful (not fried or stinky like other fast food joints). The employees were SUPER friendly and helped us navigate the kiosk and explained that we were welcome to get refills of the fountain drinks and were encouraged to try the different flavors.Everything was DELICIOUS! My husband ordered the holy guacamole burger, I got the California burrito with sweet potato fries and my children ordered the kids meal. One chicken nugget and one cheeseburger. The burrito was phenomenal! Very hearty and filling. Lots of flavor. And these had to be the best sweet potato fries ever! Perfectly cooked and fresh. I especially loved the drinks. The strawberry dragonfruit drink with black tea was so refreshing! The hibiscus one was stellar too!Amazing plant based fast food! Clean bathrooms. Ample parking. And they cater! The atmosphere of the restaurant is intentional and charming. Orders come out quickly and with care. The French fold is convenient to eat and tasty. I will definitely come back!“
“Yummy! I really loved their sandwiches especially the one with pastrami. Very good although I wish there would be more sauce added. Service was remarkable the gentleman was very kind in explaining to me how big the sandwiches and he was right I was going to get a small. He told me to upgrade to medium and showed me the size on an example board. Thank you! I enjoyed that you can add toppings to their sandwiches they had on their menu. Very clean place plenty of seating on the outside of restaurant.“
