“This is my first time to a concert venue at the Harrahs Casino in Valley Center. I went to see Aaron Lewis perform and decided to try the sandwich concession located within the casino. Generally, I reference my experience of a Cuban sandwich with Little Havana in Miami Florida. Service was quick and staff was respectful and courteous. They have a unique bread that they toast, but not in the classic Panini style. For those of you that are bread lovers I think you'll like the bread but the contents of the sandwich were a little under my expectation, based on my significant experience in Little Havana. The pork was moist and flavorful, but there wasn't enough mustard and pickle component to the sandwich, ignoring the type of bread, which I thought was very unique, but didn't embellish my ideal version of a Cuban sandwich. I certainly would give this restaurant a try. They offer a number of sandwiches that would complement their unique bread much better, in my opinion. Prices are fair and if you go to a concert venue and used to the outrageous prices, they charge for food not to mention parking. This is a fabulous venue to see an artist you're interested in.“
“I had an amazing experience today at EscoGelato. I could persist about the great prices, the cozy atmosphere and the delicious & quality Gelato, but the service here really is something special. They are so kind, welcoming and thoughtful.“
“Came here with some girlfriends for the first time and after years of hearing the rave reviews, I got to experience it myself. The service was amazing, all the gentlemen at the counter were very pleasant and happy to help. I ordered chicken enchiladas with green sauce. They were amazing!!! I haven't found them this good anywhere else locally. The salsas that came out with the chips were both very very good. Will be back very soon.“
“This is an Escondido food gem found in a small strip mall. Outside they take great effort to set up colorful tables, benches and umbrellas as an invitation to step inside and try their sandwiches The food is absolutely delicious. Try their JJ's chicken sandwich. I've gone dozens of times and it always tastes like the bread was just made that day. The pastrami sandwich is excellent too. As for their smoothies, one taste of their O- Mega Green and I was hooked. It's made of avocado, (I think) kiwi and other delicious greens. We enjoy it so much it's become one of our weekly treats when we want something a little special. The prices are so affordable they won't break the bank AND the portion sizes are large and satisfying. The sandwich shop is a classic hole in the wall with various unrelated Knick knacks and children's toys, candies and sundry goods for sale along the walls. It's run by the nicest and most gracious family-style staff.“
“The food is very good and the service is friendly. I want to say that timeliness is an issue the two times I went here with my dad but the owner stepped outside from the kitchen and let us grab several drinks from the coolers for free to make up with just how long it was taking. I appreciate the gesture and without that, we would have left for another business. Our family will continue to stay for Soprano's.“
“We had just spent all day Saturday being ground into dust at a car dealership in Temecula on buying a car for my wife. Too tired to fight Saturday night restaurant crowds, we decided to stop off here. We ordered a cheese pie and a meatball red onion and garlic pie and some buffalo wings. I had minimal expectations, really. Just hungry. They were also busy and we had to wait, our bad for not calling. The pies were. so. freaking. excellent. Really surprising. Beautiful crust, good cheese and sauce. Even the wings were right. The meatball pie was a little stinky with the onions and garlic but still very excellent, it's what I like. The place was clean, and the girl at the counter was very nice despite the evening rush being what I would describe as slightly chaotic. I can't wait to get another pie here!“
“We had a party of 13 and two kids and had to wait an hour for a table, however, it was understandable. The waiters were quick to our drinks and we're on time in every aspect. Service was great, as was the food. I've eaten here for years and every single time I've had an amazing experience.“
“If Marco's Pizza's other locations are as customer service orientated, proficient, and still being friendly, courteous, as well as profesional as their West Mission Ave location, in Escondido, then shame on you for not rating their service and leaving a review. If you agree, do so now. It only takes a few minutes. Isn't your pizza/pasta shop worth it? They're service says, it is, and the taste of their food agree's..“
“Great great pricing and quality here.I had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well. Super nice guy who works the desk. I wish we had this in central San Diego.Really high quality place. Food was delicious, music was great, and they have a mini-market with tons of options as well. This is a brilliant idea! Family owned since 1985 as well.“
“This place was so AMAZING! Our server was Alex, and the customer service was fantastic. The chefs and server were both so kind and sweet! I would love to come back! The food was also delicious? We ordered King Crab Roll, Bulgogi Bowl with Rice, and Hangry Roll. Everything was so fresh and so flavorful! I definitely recommend this restaurant because of its perfect and tasty food, but also because of the kind customer service, and sweet, cozy environment!?? “
“It's a small shop in the industrial sector of Escondido. Not that easy to find, but worth finding it. But it's really not that hard either. It's privately owned by Eric who was the sole worker there. Eric was very nice and welcoming. I got the sandwich and salad combo special. I got the ultimate torpedo sandwich that was soooo good. Soooo much meat (that's what she said) for only half a sandwich. And you get a full sized salad too for only $10! He makes everything right there in front of you. Everything is delicious and uses fresh, yummy ingredients. So please, go here! This is the type of small businesses we want to support. Did I mention it's delicious?!“
“Everything is great, the food and pizzas are all amazing regardless of which one you get and they truly have pizzas for everyone's flavor pallet. Many options and wings are always juicy and the buffalo sauce is the best in town for sure! Love how nice the teenagers are to the customers and are very patient, sometimes its hard to hear through the phone but they make sure to repeat your order and make sure everything is right.“
“Today was the 1st day we were "greeted" with "are you ready to order" twice, from a shift leader. To close our order, we did NOT get "my pleasure", even when the food was delivered to our table by the same shift leader. That did not take away from the setting(fresh flowers at every table), the speed, or quality of the food. Chik fil a sets a high standard and this was the 1 st and hopefully, only failure.“
“What a joy to discover this little gem in Valley Center! I was staying at Harrahs, got tired of the food & noise, and went exploring for something local. I found Magnetic North Farmstand! Loren was so helpful, and he guided us through their offerings & explained which items were gluten free. We ordered the egg salad sandwich, cilantro lime tuna, and a container of their potato salad. My friend & I split the sandwiches so we could each try both. Both sandwiches were great, but the egg salad was top for me! Just the right amount of mayo and great flavoring! The tuna was good too, but needed a bit more moisture. The potato salad was the bomb! I loved the setting. So peaceful & serene. Rustic outdoor seating & some cool music. A great way to spend an afternoon!“
