“We had the most fantastic server! Her name is Brandi! What a wonderful friendly person. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and like we were special VIP guests! What came as a great surprise is she knew sign language so my husband was delighted! The food was cooked to perfection! My grandma made the best mashed potatoes in the world, well as I much as I hate to say it the potatoe puree we had last night was better! Eric Fuller, the GM even came over and introduced himself and welcomed us! What a delightful and fun person he is! I want to thank the entire staff for their hard work in prepping cooking and serving us one fantastic meal! I can't wait to come back and have dinner with you again! JOB WELL DONE!”

“First off, the food was phenomenal. The entire staff was “Top Notch!” Our server, the busboy and food and beverage manager were the upmost professionals. They worked extremely hard to ensure my wife had a wonderful birthday dinner!! I can't thank you all enough! Great dinner/birthday night out for us.”

“I received a free specialty pizza coupon from this restaurant so I had to go try it. This spot is small inside and nothing fancy for decor but the food I tried today was definitely 5 stars. I ordered the baked ziti with aurora sauce (alfredo and marinara) with meatballs added ($4) and it was excellent! The ricotta was creamy and smooth and the meatballs were so flavorful and soft. I also got chicken noodle soup which was simple but delicious. My boyfriend got the Italian sausage sub with pasta salad. The dressing on the pasta salad was so good and the sandwich was pretty big for $12. The break sticks that came were perfect on their own but you can't go wrong with a dip in that sauce, right? We ordered the Portino's special pizza to go and it was also good. While we ate we saw several people getting pizzas and other items to go. I will definitely come back to try the other pastas and possibly a meatball sub too! Thanks Portino's!”

“If you want authentic "ranch style" home cooking and atmosphere, this is the place! Too bad they only open on Sunday's. Food, atmosphere and customer service is 10/10. A little pricey but well worth the money.”

“Family-owned and run business selling on the side of the road, as soon as you enter VC. They also sell marigold flowers for Día de los Muertos! Beautiful flowers with a strong smell even the bees love.”

“I'm very biased when giving my opinion on Agrusa's but that's because it's my favorite sandwich spot in the Escondido area. It's nice to have something different other at the casino that isn't SmashBurger or fine dining. I could eat their food everyday for the rest of my life and having one less than a mile from home drives home my point even more. The service is great and quality control is strict. They have beer too! I've only ever had their #22 but that's because it's the best they one they have. If you're not too busy crushing sandwiches then try their potato salad or spaghetti.”

“BEST kept secret of this casino!!! Been here multiple times and so disappointed not many people know of this brewery. Its across from the hotel unfortunately they are unable to advertise in the casino. They have karaoke Thursday and Sunday . Different events like UFC as well as food trucks on fri and sat. Looks like they have live bands sometimes . We enjoyed the karaoke host was awesome seems like lots of locals with some great voices. Beer prices for a pint $8 they also have 4 packs to go for $20 and swag for sale. Ambiance is casual and low key. They sell snacks like chips n nuts. Three large size tvs for sports and one HUGE one playing sports. Nice open patio with some games like corn hole. Definitely a place to hang have a few great tasting beers and some fun!”

“We were really impressed with the food. Burgers were top notch and the fries were fresh and crispy. My only feedback was the time it took to get our food. I think our order was missed by accident. Other than that, pretty good.”
