It's really weird to me that they still don't have a GIANT sign with an arrow instructing first time visitors to go to the "Great Wall of Tablets" to place their order, because it's always confusing standing there at first waiting to order wondering why none of the employees are acknowledging your existence, but I did have one female employee who went out of her way to help me customize the box for my clients and I really appreciated it. The cookies are ALWAYS amazing, and while they are a bit pricy I would say you get what you pay for. They always nail it with their monthly specials, and grabbing a 6-pack with one of each will always make you a hit at any party. I grabbed a 4-pack for a meet-and-greet with clients that got me invited to their monthly regional meeting for a sales pitch. Overall highly recommend!“

Walking into Coldstone, I was greeted with a warm welcome and huge smile from Mustafa. He was very friendly and polite from the getgo. Their diablitos are pretty good as well as their mangoneadas but the main reason we ever visit is for the bubble gum ice cream , we've tried some from quite a few different places and this is the one we come to just for that, it's not grainy and tastes home made daily.“

They almost always have the Queso Fresco ice cream that my one kid loves, in addition to a great variety of other flavors - both with and without Dairy (for us sad lactose intolerant individuals). There is a señora that is always at this location she is light skinned and is super attentive and polite! There is also a young guy who is super quick and helpful! The Mamey ice cream is probably the best i've had! Not too sweet and it's silky! The prices MAY be higher than other locations but that is ok because you're paying for a good serving size and freshness! I also appreciate this location having a rewards program! It shows that they care for their customers :) The only suggestion i'd have is to not have the chips for the nachos pre packaged in containers :( I got nachos here and they were so stale. Since then I have not re purchased nachos here.“
